#DeathDefeated
“Because Jesus rose, death is no longer the undefeated tyrant of the human race. In Christ, death has been judged, stripped of its thing, and destined for destruction. And on that day, our mortal bodies are raised. The church will stand in the face of the last enemy and declare death is swallowed up in victory. Easter will forever be remembered as the day death died. Not the day people stopped dying, not the day graves all of a sudden disappeared, but the day that death lost its right to win. And that day began when Jesus Christ walked right out of his tomb.”

#LivingSavior
“Death is not the end and suffering is not eternal. That's why Paul says, if Christ has not been raised, then our preaching is in vain, and your faith is in vain. Because if Jesus is still dead, Christianity is empty. But if Jesus rose, then death has met its match. No crucifixion means no gospel. No risen Christ means no living hope. No empty tomb means no saving faith. Christianity isn't built on the advice of a dead teacher. It's built on victory from a living savior.”
