#ReceiveGrace
“grace is not something we earn, but it is something we receive. And receiving is not passive. Receiving requires trust. Receiving requires surrender. It requires a willingness to place your life into his hands instead of continuing to hold it on your own. And so I wanna say this plainly today, as plainly as possible. Jesus does not love you because you've already surrendered everything but there is a kind of life with him that you cannot experience until you do”

#ChooseToFollow
“The the tension is what it would mean to actually follow him. Like, what do I have to let go of? What do I need to release? What would I have to trust him with? What part of my life am I still holding on to in a way that keeps me from fully placing my life into his hands? And this is why this this statement that that really is is is what's been been eating at me this week come comes back to us. The resurrection of Jesus does not remove the need for a decision, it creates one.”
