#EyesOnJesus
“``Here's a question for you, and take a second on this. Right now, in your life, who are the Sadducees in your life? What's in front of you or what are you going through that scares you? That tempts you to take your eyes off of Jesus in the situation you're in right now. Whether it might might be about your health, or your mind, or your kids, or family members, or a job. What is keeping you from being the person that God created you to be that is trying to shut you up, lock you down, keep you in fear, keep you in doubt, keep you standing still, not moving forward, keeping you from being the born again, on fire, bold Christian that you were born to be free and fully trusting in Jesus Christ with your very life.”

#SpeakTruthBoldly
“Now think about this. Think about your own life. 71 with the high priest, the Sadducees, the guard, the priests, 71 of the most powerful men in Jerusalem, the legal council. They were standing in front of two young, possibly late teenage boys, uneducated fishermen. I'll ask you again. Who are you focusing on in times of trouble? The 71 most powerful managers were more focused on themselves in that very moment. Who had the power in that room? It wasn't the Sadducees. They feared man. The two teenage fishermen focused completely on Jesus, managed their fear, and took a step right to their comfort zone, and took one more step forward, focusing on Jesus Christ by speaking the truth. If we're focusing on ourselves, we cannot speak the truth. If we're focusing on Jesus, we will have the courage to speak the truth in any situation.”

#BornToDoHardThings
“He said, I'm protecting you. I have you, and you are born to do hard things. Let's do this. Let's do this. And I believe Jesus, to some of you right now, Jesus is whispering in your ears right now, I am protecting you. Whatever you're going through, even right now, my hand is on your life. I've got this. I'm protecting you. I have you. You were born to do hard things. I am with you. And isn't it interesting that God rarely completely He does. There's healings. We've seen them. I've seen them. Amen. Let's go. More of them.”

#RestoredAndBold
“Shame comes upon him. Jesus has to restore him, afraid for his life, shaking scared, so scared that he refused to carry his cross. And then Jesus, the resurrected king Jesus, pursued Peter, restored Peter, poured out his spirit on Peter and the others at Pentecost. And Peter preaches one of the greatest and most powerful sermons that anyone has ever preached. 3,000 people come to the Lord, but he still didn't face possible death and have to have courage until they healed the lame beggar, and he was standing in front of the Sanhedrin and the Sadducees. So shortly after Pentecost, shortly after the outpouring of the Holy Spirit, Peter and John, they're good Jewish boys.”
