30s
“``We are cast on our backs hopeless and helpless, but we're not destroyed because we have a savior that's gonna come and rescue us. And if we trust him, we could have eternal life. How can we be cast down yet not destroyed? Because the good shepherd has come looking for us and when he finds us, he's gonna celebrate and he's gonna carry us home on his shoulders because he has rescued us.”
46s
“Even if you're the one, he's coming after you. There's nobody here that God doesn't love. And, yes, we we look at society. We go, God can't love that person. He's infinite love. He loves us all. No matter what you've done, no matter how lost you are away from him, he wants to get you back, bring you back to him. Jesus, the good shepherd, left heaven to come and look for sheep that are cast down, dying in their sins. And he paid their penalty so that he could save them and restore their soul, and that's what a good shepherd does. And Jesus loves saving his sheep.”
34s
“Listen. If sin doesn't bother you, you might not be a child of God. I'm just gonna be real direct and honest with you. If you can sin and it doesn't bother you, there's a problem. You're not following the good shepherd. The good shepherd's gonna take you away from those problems. He's he's gonna make sure that you're doing the right thing. There's gonna be a benefit, but it's gonna hurt. He's going to tell you that you're wrong sometimes. But the question you have to ask yourself is, who are you living for?”
59s
“He's telling us he's gonna lead us in a life that's gonna give him glory and honor and praise, Not you. We might feel like we're doing everything right and we're not getting any recognition, and that should be okay as long as he's getting the recognition, as long as he is being glorified with our lives. If you if you wanna follow the good shepherd, if you want him to be your good shepherd, if you wanna follow him, you're gonna have to live your life for him. Yeah. He's gonna make your life better because he leads you away from the self destructive habits you have. But the point is your life is supposed to point to your savior. I say this all the time. He died for you so you could live for him. Write that down. Keep it in your mirror. He died for you so that you could live for him.”
