“So here's a biblical definition of hypocrisy. Playing a religious role or performing good deeds to gain human praise rather than honoring God from a sincere heart. The Greek word for hypocrite means a stage actor or one who wears a mask. Now, we're not talking about sincere Christian people who are struggling with sin, who are dealing with sin, who are growing in their sanctification. That's your walk with God. You're you're growing in your relationship with him. And so you're gonna struggle with sin all the way until you go to heaven. So it's not taught, that's not a hypocrite. Someone who's honestly seeking to grow in their faith and dealing with their sin and struggling with their sin and growing some more and falling down and growing some more. That's not a hypocrite. A hypocrite is one who's leading a double life. You're saying one thing to be seen by people and your heart is another place.”

“By his sacrifice on the cross. It's not of our works. It's not anything that we do. We can't have a big head about it. It's not to be seen by others. God sees our hearts. He sees our sinful selves. And yet, while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. He didn't wait for you to get cleaned up. He didn't wait for you to get your act together. He didn't wait for you to get to church and to read the Bible. He died for you when you were at your worst. And we gotta remember that, that it's all of Christ and nothing of us. And keep preaching the gospel to ourselves so that we don't become hypocritical in thinking that we're better than other people.”

#RepentAndFollow
“I wanna do my thing. I wanna go my way. I wanna live my life, But I see that God has a way, that God has a plan. And that's through Jesus Christ. It's a relationship with him by faith. I have some questions. I have some doubts. But my mind is gonna be for the Lord. And my heart, my life, I'm gonna strive to live for him. Not perfectly, I'm gonna falter, I'm gonna fail, but I'm gonna go God's way. That's repentance.”
