1. "I believe that real true life change doesn't happen in rows with all of you facing one person. I believe that real life change happens when you're in circles around coffee and tea and people's living rooms and cookies. And I say. This because my wife hosts one and Glenda always brings something good to eat. So you know if no other reason do life group for the food." 2. "Well I think that being a good neighbor is about caring for the people that God has placed right in front of you. And I think that we did that well last week and you're to be commended. And I really really appreciate. That kind of all hands on deck mentality." [28:27] (17 seconds) (Download raw clip | Download cropped clip)

3. "If there's nothing else you remember from this morning, I want you to remember this, that tokens of remembrance remind us of God's faithfulness. As we turn to the book of Joshua, I want to go to Joshua chapter 3. And I want us to read from verses 14 in chapter 3 through into chapter 4 in verse 7." 4. "And so the people of Israel and us, the readers, ought to have all of these first five books of the Bible kind of rattling around in our heads as we move forward and read about this, because we're remembering God's faithfulness here, and it's giving us strength to obey wherever he leads us next." 5. "And it's not until the Ark being carried by the priests has left that the waters come. And so it bears asking, hey, what's the Ark of the Covenant? Like, what is that again? Remember that the Ark of the Covenant was constructed during their time wandering, after they had crossed the Red Sea, in order to be a kind of symbol, of God's presence among them." 6. "And it's emphasizing God is who he says he is, and he will do what he promised he would. And the people here are responding in obedience and faithfulness. I wish, when I gave these kinds of instructions, I had that level of obedience, okay? If someone were writing the script of bedtime routine in the Mead household, I wish that it sounded more like this. And dad said to the children, go and brush your teeth. And behold, the children went and brushed their teeth." [44:20] (37 seconds) (Download raw clip | Download cropped clip)

7. "And I come back to this picture. And I come back to this time where I remember talking with my boys about the scary time ahead of moving to a new country, of learning a new language, of being part of a church family where they were going to immediately meet hundreds of people that wanted to know them and how scary that might be. But I get to revisit that and see, look how God has been faithful." [58:40] (29 seconds) (Download raw clip | Download cropped clip)

8. "Find and display tokens of remembrance. Here's what I mean by that. Whenever you come through a season where you experience God's nearness in your life, when you know in a very tangible and salient way that God is faithful, God is providing, God is caring for you, mark that somehow. Do something that helps you remember that." [55:42] (32 seconds) (Download raw clip | Download cropped clip)

9. "And tokens of remembrance remind us of God's faithfulness. Find a way to connect how God has been faithful in your life historically to show you every single day that he continues to be faithful so that you can move forward with boldness, courage, strength, in obedience to go wherever he leads us. Because the Lord your God is with you wherever you go." [58:40] (30 seconds) (Download raw clip | Download cropped clip)

10. "We are meant to have the sense of remembering God's faithfulness so that we can tell our children, so that we can tell the next generation, so that we ourselves can remember that God is who he says he is and he will do what he has promised because the story is not over yet. We got work to do." [50:38] (22 seconds) (Download raw clip | Download cropped clip)
