#VerticalFaithFirst
“But I'm gonna tell you what, if you understand how God the father loves you and sent his son, Jesus Christ, to take your place on the cross. And when you understand that and when you believe that with your whole heart, and you'll start walking in the faith that you have, amen, instead of struggling in the faith. When you start really walking under the power of the Holy Spirit, and you get in line, that vertical line is right, then you can go horizontal. But you can't go horizontal and reach out to other people for Christ until you get the vertical line just right. Problem is we wanna we wanna work on the horizontal and talk about everybody else. But we don't wanna get the vertical right. If conviction is gonna come to people around us, it's gonna come not because we're being God's policeman, but because we're living the way God would have us live.”

#ResolveDirectly
“That means if you have a problem with somebody, go to them first. Don't come to me. Don't go to Facebook. Go to them. Then when you get people, get neutral people that can see both sides, that can help you understand a case you've done something, that you can ask them to forgive you, and the Lord, can work in the midst of all of that. You know, one of the verses if you keep reading down, it says where two or three are gathered in my name, there I am in the midst. And that's the most misused verse in the Bible. That's talking about resolution. In the middle of all the resolution. In the middle of all of it, Jesus is there.”

#KnowYoureSaved
“you know if you died today that you would go to heaven? Yes or no? That's a that's an easy question. Yes or no? Well, hope so. You don't have to hope so. In first John five thirteen it says these things that are running that you may know. You can know that you have salvation in Jesus Christ. You don't have to hope. You can know. So have you ever turned the volume of life down? Have you ever accepted what Jesus Christ did on the cross? You may have someone as a Christian in this room today that you need to go to and get something right. So you can stand in not the permissible will of God, but the center of his will for your life and be empowered.”

#MatureConflictResolution
“Now let me tell you something. It takes maturity to do this. Because most times, people wanna get on Facebook. They wanna get everywhere else. And they wanna say they're offended and somebody in the church help them. I had someone tell me one time, well, recently, that you know we need to start a church where there's no conflict and I I said good luck with that. I don't believe Christians have luck by the way. But they're gonna need luck because that's all they've got. They sure don't have Jesus. Because Jesus didn't say there wouldn't be conflict. He said there would be conflict. And gave us a way to and gave us a way to deal with it. And if he shall hear thee, thou has gained a brother. That's what we want. Amen?”

#BuildEachOtherUp
“We need to edify one another. We need to build one another up. Come on. That's what edifying means. We're the body of Christ. We're called to lift people out of the miry pit and tell them about the saving grace of Jesus Christ. And not only does he save you for eternity, but he'll give you life and give it more abundantly, but you have to follow the way he says do it. You see, the he said he'll give us peace that the world doesn't give us everlasting peace. Come on. But also you gotta remember the world will give you some kind of peace for a short time. He didn't say the world won't give you peace. Did he? He said, but I'm not giving you peace like the world gives you. Amen? It's not as long as you do what I say do, you'll have peace. He says I'm gonna give you peace even in the middle of trials and tribulations. See, he teaches us to view conflict a little different.”

#DieToSelf
“We need to understand, if you're a child of God, you need to die to self. Stop living to self. The problem is you can be a child of God and be saved and never fully experience the life, the abundant life of Christ because you won't surrender. God I want you to do this as an emergency. I need money or emergency. Need this or I need some healing. Need the family members who need this. But you're not gonna tell me that I gotta love her. I gotta love him. See, when we surrender and start following him and trusting him with everything and that's hard to do when you've been hurt in life. I understand. But he gives us the power, the Holy Spirit inside that gives us the power to live it. I'm talking about Calvary being the church to where people can come in and find Christ, heal in a safe harbor. Come on. Where they can heal in a safe harbor and then go be a blessing to other people. Because if they're in the military within three years they'll be gone. Normally.”

#ConflictAsGrowth
“In other words, if the Bible teaches us to view conflict differently, when conflict happens, it can be a a a blessing in disguise for people to learn if we take it as a learning. What can I learn? What can they learn? What can the church learn by conflict? Come on. And if we'll do what the Bible says to do in our own homes, that means couples will grow closer together. And let me tell you something, young couples today need this type of teaching in the Sunday school, in the church house, at the home. Come on. Because they're gonna deal with this kind of stuff and they're ill equipped to deal with it because the world says if I don't like you anymore, can go get a divorce for $350.”

#VerticalThenHorizontal
“See, when we get in line and that vertical line with God and us is where it needs to be and we're plugged into the power unit, then we can go horizontal and we can start loving people that normally we would not love, normally that we would not associate with, normally that we would build walls up, a set of walls going up, walls come down, and the power of God can work through us. You don't need to be fighting among ourselves. Baptist Church, listen to me. I don't care what the Southern Baptist do. I don't mean that to be mean. What does Jesus want us to do in 2026, 2027, until he comes back? That's what we need to be about doing. I don't care how many lawsuits are filed and this and that. That has nothing to do with me. I'm gonna preach the gospel of Jesus Christ. Can I get an amen? I don't have to agree. I can get into separate rooms with pastors and dignitaries or whatever. I don't have to agree with the politics scheme of this world. Whether no matter who you are, we have every walk of life in here. You know, whatever you wanna be, just reconcile it with that book. That's all I ask you to do.”
