In our communication with each other let's be just radically truthful people no hidden agendas no craftiness no adulterating of the truth telling it like it is and being wise in that regard. What does it look like to live and speak the truth without compromise? [00:00:06]

Paul as he contemplates how he should Minister he sets up the truth as a standard and he says I'm not going to do anything against the truth. There is a doing that Accords with the truth and a doing that does not. [00:01:12]

We have renounced the things hidden because of Shame not walking in craftiness or adulterating the word of God but by the manifestation of Truth commending ourselves to Every Man's conscience in the sight of God. [00:01:31]

Renouncing hidden things nothing underhanded nothing hidden everything on the table upfront communicators transparent people knowing what we're thinking not walking in craftiness not adulterating the word of God. [00:01:57]

In our personal lives, honesty and integrity are crucial, even when no one is watching. God's presence is a constant reminder that our actions should align with His truth, and this includes being honest in our financial dealings. [00:04:28]

Speaking the truth in love we are to grow up in all aspects into him who is the head even Christ. Now the reason I focus on this is because for years I took that phrase there to mean speaking the truth in love meant if you know someone has a bad attitude tell them the truth about that attitude lovingly. [00:08:10]

Let's tell each other biblical truths in an atmosphere of love like saying let's not be people who are Swept Away way one way thinking that you can ever love anybody without truth or thinking that you can do people good in truthing them this is a verb here if you don't do it with the motivation of love. [00:09:14]

The more I think about this whole relationship of Love and Truth the more Inseparable they become in my mind. In 1 John 5 take it's verse four it says by this we know that we love the children of God when we keep his Commandments. [00:10:03]

Love has a truth objective nature about it if you try to abstract love from truth you will have no idea what to do to anybody how will you know what love is if you abstract truth out of it. [00:10:56]

The aim of our charge is love that issues from a pure heart a good conscience and sincere Faith so what I would say is that the aim of all of Paul's Ministry all of his teaching all of his truth all of his writing is love. [00:15:20]

Love will endure when we no longer walk by faith but walk by sight we will still be walking in love and love will be the whole atmosphere of the kingdom and therefore you could say love is greater than truth in the sense that it's the goal of Truth. [00:16:22]

There is a way to describe love as more important than truth namely as the goal of Truth truth truth serves love which means another way to put it in relation to God is the first and great commandment is not Thou shalt know God with all your mind the first and great commandment is Thou shalt love God.
