44s
“``But for us to be awake, for us to have our eyes open. When a person refuses God's authority, they do not become free. They become subject to another authority. The question is never will I submit. The question is who will I submit to? If you do not submit to Christ, you will submit to your flesh. If you do not submit to scripture, you will submit to culture. If you do not submit to the holy Spirit, you will submit to a demonic spirit. If you do not submit to truth, you will submit to deception. This is why rebellion is so dangerous.”

“This is the word of the Lord. See, Samuel did not cut words. He did He spoke directly to the situation at hand. He wasn't interested in excuses. And he says obedience is better than sacrifice. In other words, God is not impressed with your worship if your heart is rebellious. God is not moved by your sacrifice if your life refuses submission. God is not honored by religious language while you reject his word. Let me tell you something church. Rebellion with the Bible in your hand is still rebellion.”
67s
“Biblical love never celebrates bondage. Biblical love never affirms what Jesus died to deliver people from. Biblical love, it does not leave people trapped in sin. Biblical love does not tell people they can keep the rebellion and still follow Jesus. Biblical love does not remove the cross from Jesus. Come on. love that never calls you to repent is not the love of Jesus. So you have to understand Jesus. Jesus loved sinners deeply, but he also said go and sin no more. touched the broken. He ate. He ate with the sinners. He showed compassion. He he healed the wounded. He delivered the bound. Thank you Lord for I am one of them.”
72s
“let me make it very clear. Every act of rebellion begins when the word of God is no longer the final authority. The moment God's word becomes optional. Listen to me. Rebellion is born. This is what happened in the garden. The serpent did not begin by telling Eve, reject God completely. He began with a question. Did God really say that? Oh, did did did did God really say that to you? When we begin to understand scripture and and study the word of God, see, the enemy will come in and say, well, did God really mean that? And if we're not careful, see, the world begins to disciple you away from Jesus and you begin to say, well, yeah, I'm not sure if he said that. I'm not sure if he was very clear on the subject. And so therefore, we fall trapped to whatever whatever enemy's lies is placed before us.”
