#VictoriousAgony
“``What are you fighting against? Let get get this, and I just kinda wrote this down. The agony of the victorious life Notice I call it the agony of the victorious life. It seems like an oxymoron. It seems like those are two different things, but it's not. There is an agony, but let me assure you of victory. That's what it is. The agony of the victorious Christian life is a lifelong battle against demonic forces, temptation, the flesh, lies, carnal people, and the lust of the world. It it's a day I met someone one time. They were they go, pastor Troy, how do I get away from all the fight? I go, when you get to heaven. The only people that are not fighting in this war are in heaven.”

#PeaceInVictory
“And I could watch the game in total peace knowing that we were gonna win. Y'all getting the analogy? Listen. I can live this life in total peace. Why? At the end, we win. We're victorious. I know the end of the book. I know in the end, we all win. So it doesn't bother me how each play works out, what the score looks like after the first quarter in halftime, and what all that. And I don't even care who's playing at halftime. I assure you that. All I got to say is that in the end, we win.”

#OwnYourCalling
“He goes, what do you mean? I go, listen. You're not responsible for Billy Graham's calling. Billy Graham's responsible for Billy Graham's calling. You're responsible for your calling. What have you been called to? Well, I've been called to just be a a mom that stays at home and raises my kids. Will you be the best mom, godly mom, stay at home, raise your kids, make them godly, lead them in the things of God. And I promise you, you will receive just as much reward as someone like Billy Graham. Matter of fact, I could argue that you might receive more if you were more faithful in your calling than he was in his calling.”

#BreakTheFilterBubble
“but I I go back to this. Have you noticed though that the algorithms are based upon what you like? So Facebook and a lot of YouTube and all that stuff is driven towards what you search for and what you believe and what you like. See, they wanna send information into your heart and into your mind that you agree with. I would ask this. That sounds all well and good. after twenty or thirty years of that, what does that do to someone? When you come along and you disagree with their opinion. Oh, oh, oh, this is my opinion, and these are all the people that enforce my stupidity. I mean, these are all the people that enforce my opinion.”

#FightTheGoodFight
“Nobody's staying here forever. Praise God. We're all gonna leave. You gonna live with a wish you coulda, shoulda, or are you gonna leave with a thank God I completed my race? That's how I wanna live. Listen to the the next part, and I love it. You ready? He goes into this. He says, I have fought the good fight. The word fought there is an interesting word because it's not like fight like you think. It's the word we get the word agony from it. See, being on this planet is a fight. As if you're a believer, it's a fight, y'all. You're in a fight every day of your life. Every day of your life. There is no demilitarized zone. Every day of your life is a fight. K? But I but I got some things to say about your fight before we go on. But I I just want you to know it's a fight.”

#EmbraceDissent
“What does it do to a mind that only has things in its surroundings that agree with it? What does it do? It fortifies wrong belief systems and ideas. So then any idea outside of that isn't tickling the ear, so they tune it out. I believe it's a setup of the enemy. You should, whether you like it or not, you should expose yourself to things you don't agree with. In bible college, let me tell you one of the worst things I had to do in bible college. I had to listen to hours of teaching that I did not believe. And I know what you're thinking. What's the use of that? Why shouldn't you just listen to everything? Now this isn't a master's program, not in not a bachelor's. This is as you you know, on down the road. You know what I mean? And I had to listen to hours of teaching that I didn't agree with. Why? Because they wanted me to be exposed to things that I don't think like, to broaden my understanding of how other people think about things.”

#PreachTheWord
“it goes on. Preach the word. Everybody say it. Preach the word. Let let if the word of God is what corrects us, reproofs us, trains us, equips us, then what is he telling them? Preach the word. Don't preach your ideas. Don't preach psychological, psychobabble. Preach the word. The word of God is sufficient for anything we would ever need to live for God. Amen? Amen. I remember when I was young, and I would go to church, and I would hear everything but the Bible.”

#FinishWell
“So we're not going to be here forever. Now watch the rest of it. There are only two ways to leave this Earth, though. There's only two ways. Here it is. We can leave with remorse. Wish I coulda, shoulda, woulda. Do you know there are people in hell today? I wish I coulda, woulda, shoulda accepted Christ. There are people in heaven today saying, I wish I coulda, shoulda, woulda in the earth witness to my family. I wish I'da done more for Jesus. I wish I'da done more for the kingdom. There are people living that way in heaven and in hell. It's unfortunate.”
