The image of the seed carries the whole point. A seed does not strain to contain life, and it does not worry about how to become a plant. The seed simply gets planted, and life inside it knows what to do. In the same way, thoughts, words, prayers, and intentions carry energy, and that energy goes out into the love and grace of God and becomes the physical equivalent of what has been prayed.
