It's some of the same verb tenses that we find when Jesus says that we are saved or we are cleansed or we are justified. It's a perpetual thing. It's not a, well, you had it once, you better keep it and work on it. He says, no. You can have it and keep it. In other words, you can stay in the blessings of God as long as you stay poor in spirit.”
