50s
“``Times may be tough, but you can make it. The devil may want you to feel like god has forgotten you, but tell somebody, I can make it. Tell somebody, I'm gonna see this thing through. Tell somebody that I'm gonna keep on walking. Tell somebody, I'm gonna keep my head up high. Tell somebody although times may be tough, I know the god I serve is an able god. God is an able god. God loves you. God cares about you. God will make a way for you. God will strengthen you. God will encourage you. God will strengthen you.”
51s
“You couldn't have made it as far as you've made it. If god was not carrying you. Yeah. I could not have made it as far as I have made it up. If god was not carrying me. Alright. The devil wants you to believe that god has left you. Yes. But the devil is a liar and the father of lies. He wants you to feel like god has slammed the door on you but god is getting ready to bless you. You are not buried, saints of God. You are planted. Just hold on a little while longer. God is still keeping his promises. God”
48s
“Get real. Get real. We walk around feeling like we have to keep up this fake piety that all is well, that whatever is happening is not affecting us because we have great faith. That's a lie. Tell somebody, get real. Get real. Get real. You see, even when we don't verbalize how we feel, don't you know that God hears, God knows, and God sees? When we are not true to ourselves and open up with God, we hurt ourselves Yeah. And we prolong the journey through the tough times.”
54s
“when God is silent, it can throw us off. Make us feel like he's not there. Make us feel like we've been abandoned. Sometimes it's as if God pushes the pause button, and we're left like the Psalmist asking the question, God, where are you? Where are you? I feel like I've been buried. Have you ever experienced the pauses of God? Has God ever been silent when you wanted him to talk and tell you what's going on? Alright. Tell you what to do? Yeah. Tell you how to respond? Have you ever felt the silence So good. Of God? Yes.”
