47s
“Well, let me assure you. Let me assure you. If your prayers are real, and they're sincere, and they're from the heart, and you're remaining obedient, God is hearing your prayers. He's hearing every single syllable that you're praying before before you you pray. Pray. He already knows your heart before you speak it. He already knows your desires before you have them. He already knows your needs before you leave them. You see, he already knows that. So he gives us everything we need to turn our mind away from the chaos of the world and focus upon him.”
54s
“I I want you to know that you're not immune no matter who you are, no matter how faithful you may be, no matter how strong in your prayer life, no matter how many scriptures you can recite, no matter no matter how you may be spiritually, you're not immune from the chaos of the world. You're just not. You're just not. But God can help you build an armor against it. He can help he can help elevate us above it. He can help focus our minds upon his face and not upon the face of the world. He can give us clarity. He can give us hope. He can show us his mercy, and he does on a daily basis.”
57s
“But let me tell you what God also does. He also carries us. And when I say carry, don't necessarily mean right here. I mean that God is right here. He is here. He is here. He is below you. He is above you, and he's in front of you. The entire time. The entire time. I want you to think about the disciples for minute if you will. On the Sea Of Galilee, these experienced seamen who were out of the boat and suddenly the waves began to crash against the boat. They began to rock the boat back and forth. They were terrified. What are we gonna do? And then Jesus stood up and spoke. And the waves simply stopped.”
52s
“You see, God instilled the words in this book to be a helpmate, not to hurt, to lift us up when we're at our lowest. He put people in our path to lift us up when we need it. He put people to say the things to us they need to say in order for us to look the other way when chaos is ensuing over here. But let me tell you what God also does. He also carries us. And when I say carry, don't necessarily mean right here. I mean that God is right here. He is here. He is here. He is below you. He is above you, and he's in front of you. The entire time. The entire time.”
