#AnchoredInJesus
“``Whatever comes our way. Whatever this evil world brings to us. And whatever we have to go through. It is well with our souls. Because our souls are anchored in Jesus. Be patient in suffering until the Lord comes. When you understand that, then we understand how revelation ends. You know how revelation ends? You get to the book of Revelation, you read through it. If you understand all of that, you're a better man than I am, Duncan Dan. I'll tell you that. But you get to the end of Revelation and it talks about the heavenly city and the vision of heaven coming down and Jesus coming down. And then the ending cry of revelation is Maranatha, come quickly, Lord. I get that now.”

#FaithNoMatterWhat
“Satan decided to test him, and he lost everything. All of his worldly possessions were taken from his sons and daughters were suddenly killed in a freak storm. Painful sores covered him from head to toe. His wife urged him to abandon his faith. His friends aggravated him with their awful advice. Job had no idea what was going on in the spiritual realm that this was all a task. But what his statement was, though he slay me, yet I will hope in him. Though he slay me, Job was willing to accept whatever life gave him. He was gonna be faithful no matter what. See, it's in the no matter what where faithfulness lives. It's in the no matter what were steadfastness lives. It's in the no matter what were strength lives. And that's where he wants us to live.”

“Connect that dot to this. This is connected. Come quickly, Lord, has to do with revelations full of death and suffering. We live in a lost world and we hurt. I don't know anybody done hurt in one way or another, physically or emotionally, spiritually. All of us go through stuff, but God is going through with us. And you can't control it. You can't control the evil in the world. You can't control what evil people do. You can't control it at all. There's usually not much we can do about it. You know, we have brothers and sisters in the Lord Muslim countries that are being slaughtered today. As we speak, they are being killed, Then they won't convert. This stuff is happening in the world. The world is full of hatred. But it's not supposed to be from us. Our souls are anchored in Christ. Though he slay me, I will trust him.”

#BePatientInSuffering
“Now remember, he's writing to people who are going through suffering. They're going through famine. They're going through poverty. They're going through persecution. And so he has a very important, you know, James, you know, I have a word from the Lord for you. You know, that's a pronouncement I've heard people say. I have a word from the Lord for you. James had a word from the lord for those who were going through all this terrible suffering and persecution and famine. He said, what should we do when we're suffering? Be patient. Now I'll be honest, that is the absolute last thing I wanna hear.”
