42s
“``Seniors I guess you guys are all graduated now. Adult people, listen. God's instructions are not to make you a good or a bad person. God's instructions are not to hinder you in any way. God's instructions are to protect you. That the creator of this universe knows what will harm you and what is for your ultimate good. And so when he lays instructions before you and he says, live your life this way. Avoid these things. What he's doing is lovingly protecting you. Does it make you more valuable to him to follow those? It just means that you are living the life that he wants you to live.”

“All you have to do is turn back to him. He is there waiting. No matter what circumstance you find yourself in, he will be there with you. So, whatever you do, wherever you're doing it, however, however you choose to walk in your life, always look to god. You can turn back to him at any time. He will always be there.”
37s
“God is with you wherever you go. If you belong to him, he has promised I will never leave. I will never forsake you. Always look for him and I want to tell you guys this, you're going to make some mistakes. And you may find yourself somewhere in the next ten, fifteen, twenty years in a place where you say, I haven't been to church and I haven't opened my Bible and I haven't prayed and I really have forgotten all about god for the past week, for the past month, for the past year and I want you to know, first off, I don't want you to go to that place but if you do and I know that you might because I did, if you do, even if you've walked away, god has not walked away from you.”
39s
“I wasn't sitting there with people trying to figure out what color to paint it because my job was not to make the house mine. My job was to care for the house until the owners got back and that's the way that the Bible would refer to us and our children. Our job as parents, as grandparents, whatever we are, our job with children is to steward them for the kingdom of god. These kids are gods and it's my job to care for them. Here's what that looks like biblically. Deuteronomy four says this, it says, here oh Israel, the lord our god, the lord is one. You shall love the lord god with all of your heart, with all of your soul, and with all of your strength.”
