I know you guys are going to feel me on this we're not too quick to share our thoughts we're not too quick to share what is going on in our lives because we don't want to be looked at as weak but the more that I struggled with that fact that it's not a weakness to rely on god my weakness my fears my anxiety I couldn't handle and that is the key word I couldn't handle them in this season of my life I know how to fight in the spiritual realm I know that fear and anxiety and everything else that encompass that oh my god it is not something I'm supposed to carry it's not something I'm supposed to carry so I want to talk to you guys this morning and I titled this made for more [00:52:31] (70 seconds)

And when I say I was made for more, it was battling and dealing with all those fear and anxieties that I had in my head and that were in my mind, and there was a place I needed to go. I needed to find peace, and peace was not in a quiet room or away from everyone. I had to find peace at the feet of God. [00:54:24] (29 seconds)

God invites us to find serenity in him. I'm going to say that again. He invites us to find serenity in him. Many of us, we deal with anxiety and worry. And what we do with that is that we continue to make a home in it, in that fear and in that anxiety. [00:55:03] (30 seconds)

Philippians 4, 6 and 7 says, don't be anxious. It's about anything. But in every situation by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, present your request to God and the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will guide your hearts and your minds. [00:59:10] (22 seconds)

Psalms 34 .4 says, I sought the Lord and he answered me. He delivered me from all of my fears. So if you're struggling with any fear, anxiety, and you're carrying that around. And you haven't given that to God. Let me tell you. If you're carrying something, take your backpack, empty it of all that garbage you got. You should not be carrying that. [01:03:26] (25 seconds)

Imagine a father so loving and amazing that says, give me what you are carrying. You're not equipped to carry this. Cast your anxieties on me. Do you know what casting means? That when you're fishing, you take a reel and you cast it and you throw it. He's not even saying, hey, just come and bring it pretty at my feet. He is saying, just throw it at me. Give it to me. Give it to me. I'll take it. I'll take your anxiety. I'll take your anxiety. I'll take your anxiety. [01:06:30] (37 seconds)

In your struggles, in your walk, you are not alone. As a child, most children are, we're scared of the dark, right? But imagine just saying, you know what, even though I walk through this dark valley, I fear no evil. Some of us are walking through a dark, dark valley. I'm here to tell you one thing. Word of God says, do not live by sight, but live by faith. [01:13:07] (43 seconds)

Romans 12, 12 says, do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is. His good. Pleasing and perfect will. See, if I don't change that thought process in my head, if you don't understand and know and live that God is the equation that you need, he is the answer, he is the sum of everything. [01:20:36] (38 seconds)

Proverbs 4 .23 says, above all else, guard your heart for everything you do flows from it. So if you're stinking. If you're stinking. thinking comes from your heart. If it's telling you, you can't. If it's telling you, you are not good enough. There's a heart check you need to do. There's a moment where you need to accept God and say, hey, Lord, I give you my heart because what I want to come from you is just positivity. What I want to come from you is authority. [01:23:33] (37 seconds)

Psalms 118 .24 says, This is the. This is the day that the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it. My people, we have an opportunity every day to wake up and decide, are we going to go in joy or are we going to go in all this despair? How you choose to wake up every morning and carry your cross and not to, that is up to you. [01:31:53] (32 seconds)

Men of God, let this be the year that you stand in your home and you start casting out fear and anxiety. Let this be the year that you stand in the middle of your home and become the priest of your home and casting out all these things. This has to be the year that you lay hands on your children so that their children's children are messed up as you are. [01:39:54] (34 seconds)
