52s
“``I'm here today to tell somebody that the greatest obstacle in your life not the giant in front of you. It's the unbelief inside of you. This text is tailored to teach us that ain't nothing in front of you keeping you from what God has promised you. It's everything inside of you that don't believe God that's keeping you from what God has for you. You see, friends, the giants in that land could never stop Israel from conquering that territory, but the unbelief that is itself a giant inside of Israel put at risk the future for them.”
54s
“Moses did not send them there to determine possibility. Moses sent them there to gain an understanding. Moses did not ask them to go there and say, can we get it done? Moses wanted them to come back and say, this is what we saw. And friends, I wanna say to you today that when you come upon what God is calling you to do, God's not asking you if in your own strength and power, you can get it done. Because the answer is no. But when God gives you an assignment and a mission for your life, the question is never about your ability or mine. It's about the strength of God to accomplish what God wants to get done. So they go and they come back answering questions that nobody asked them.”
58s
“The land is exactly what God says it is. The the language of the text is that they saw it, and they saw what God has said. Go with me now. Sometimes the truth itself can be so good that it's frightening. Sometimes what God has told you is gonna happen in your life when you see it can be so glorious that instead of inspiring you, it intimidates The greatness of God's promise is meant to awaken your faith and not your fear. And you got to remember that if God shows you something that's too big for you, that's because God wants the credit and not you.”
48s
“Because the enemy cannot take away God's promises from you, and he doesn't need to if he can but convince you never to possess what God has promised you. I'm in here today when I tell you that's the story we run into in numbers chapter 13. It is a narrative of the vulnerability of vision. It's for people who believe that God has actually something major, more major in store for them than what they have right now. What the enemy will do is since he cannot cancel God's plan for your life, he will get you to forfeit it by talking you out of taking what God has promised for you to possess.”
