57s
“``And we all know that evil exists in the world. We can think of that as the furnace. We know it exists, but it doesn't have to have the final word. It is in Christ Jesus that we have our hope, that we have a future, and we are not alone. No matter what is happening in your life, you may not see Jesus but Jesus is present. You may not feel Jesus, but his hand is on your shoulder. He is leading and guiding you through the furnace. This takes courage to believe when you're in the midst of the furnace because all you can feel is the heat. But it is through Christ that we are set free again to walk out of the furnace.”
56s
“Because of Jesus' death and resurrection, we have been set free. Yes. Evil does exist. Yesterday, I was with my daughter, and we had this lovely conversation about evil. And we all know that evil exists in the world. He is leading and guiding you through the furnace.”
44s
“But in the furnace, we're not alone, and that's the awesome promise. And we see it in this wonderful story we're not alone, that Jesus appears and shows up. He's standing beside us, unbinding us for from our ropes that hold us, and we're ultimately set free. You know, we will have the pain. We will have the hurt, but they don't have the final word.”
51s
“This takes courage to believe when you're in the midst of the furnace because all you can feel is the heat. But it is through Christ that we are set free again to walk out of the furnace. And, yes, we are transformed. others, because of our experience, when we share our experiences, others are transformed. if you're in the furnace, know that you're not alone. God's grace surrounds you, and that grace has surrounded you through other people who are walking with you. Be open. Continue to pray that God sets you free.”
