47s
#BuildCommunity
“In his way, Noah began to build a life that protected people and that cared for creation. In his way, Noah began to build an ark, a way of life that protected people and that cared for creation. As the waters were rising, his faithful participation in God's way was to build, to build community, to build relationships, to build places where people are safe, to build justice, to build compassion, to build a safe way to help people get through the troubled waters.”
46s
#DivineCovenant
“God doesn't forget creation. God doesn't give up on human. God doesn't say, you know what? I worked hard on putting all this together, and they made a mess of it. Forget it. God begins again, and God builds. And the first part of that building was a rainbow in the sky, which is a sign in the sky that was marking God's enduring love and God's, never ending promise and God's covenant to be with and for all of creation and God's forever Zakar, forever remembering and doing on behalf of creation.”
33s
#EnduringHope
“And then in the days when it seems like the flood will not stop, when forty days is never going to get here, we are to remember that we are sustained by God's never ending promise of an enduring love, a covenant with and for all of humanity, a future of hope even amidst seasons of despair.”
