#ShakeTheDustOff
“``so we're not going to take anything with us that represents a people that rejects God. And we're going to continue on our way shaking the dust off our feet on mission in faithfulness to what God has called us to. Whatever I've been close to in this city that has threatened to make an imprint on me, I'm not going to carry it into the new territory that God has called me into.”

#DustYourSandals
“Sometimes we just gotta come in, represent God, speak his word, love well, and if the rejection is there, it's okay. Sometimes we gotta, no, we gotta dig our heels in. We gotta, no. Like Jesus said, if you experience any persecution, he said, you can leave that city and dust your sandals against them. Matthew ten fourteen. Shake the dust from your feet if you are not welcomed by the people of peace. In Matthew ten twenty four, if you're persecuted in one place, flee to another. Doesn't mean you don't stop praying. Doesn't mean you don't stop having compassion. Doesn't mean that you don't stop being gracious or forgiving. It just means your calling might be calling you to another space. Yes.”

#KickOffOldImprints
“are some things that you need to just kick off your feet? Because this just had far too much control in your life. What are some things that that you've allowed to imprint on you in one space, in one arena, in one territory? And the god say, hey, it's time to move on. And he's not moving you on from your calling. He's just moving you on from the space that has already rejected him. There's far too many things that I believe that we want to remain because we think that we're the one who's gonna bring salvation to the place. We're the savior. This place needs me. This this arena needs me. And so you become consumed. And then after a certain amount of time, it's not that that you had control over the space, but the space started getting control of you.”

#LeaveNegativityBehind
“I'm gonna be sure that whatever I've experienced that has threatened to make an imprint on me is not going to come with me and be pulled with me and affect me in a manner that will call me from my witness even though I'm being called from this space. And so when I go into the new space, I'm gonna be sure that everything that is negative and evil and wicked and desires to take me down and threaten me and kill me and destroy my witness and and and bind me and all those things, I'm gonna kick that off because I know that God has called me to a new place, a new territory, a new mission, a new purpose.”

#NewTerritorySameCalling
“Help us to move on from the things that are holding us captive. The lies of the enemy. Maybe it's toxic relationships. Maybe you're just calling us to move on and trust you with that space. I say, God like this space, this may not be the place that you have for me, but that doesn't mean my calling has come to an end. It doesn't mean that your word returns void. It doesn't mean that your spirit is deadened. It just means that maybe there's a new territory.”

#ImprintedWithHisWord
“Stretch us where we need to be stretched. Soften us where we need to be softened. By your Holy Spirit and healing, bring an eraser to the stuff that's been imprinted on us that isn't of you, that keeps us bound. Help us to be so imprinted with your word and your spirit that we might project your faithfulness in the midst of chaos. Your peace in the midst of confusion. forgiveness in the midst of bitterness. You're flourishing in the midst of lack.”

#ForgiveLikeJesus
“Jesus, you're your own people rejected you. were perfect in every way. God with skin on doesn't get any more perfect than that. Yeah. And yet you were despised, disliked, rejected, abused to the point of crucifixion. Lord, you stood in the gap even in that space. And you forgave because you know that people just don't know what they're doing. We just don't know what we're doing, God. You taught us what it means to move on according to the purposes of your father. You led an as you go ministry. Lord, I pray that as we go, that you will continue to mold us and form us in the face of resistance, opposition, heartache. Just mold us, Lord, because you are for us.”

#MinistryIsNotAlwaysEasy
“Paul and Barnabas are on this preaching campaign filled with the Holy Spirit. They go in obedience. They've been commissioned. Hands have been laid on them. They have been commissioned on this, ministry to go reach the nations with the word of God. And sometimes I believe that when we get so filled up with joy in our ministry and we have this vision about what God's gonna do in the next job or in the next relationship or whatever, we can be so filled up that we think that as long as we're being obedient, the the the journey's gonna be easy. And that can't be farther from the truth.”
