#SeenSurrenderedSent
“``As we close out, want you to remember that we're not trying to manufacture missionaries through guilt as if we need to work harder. Right? But when we are so captivated by what Jesus has done, the mercy that He's had, that our surrender, it becomes our reasonable response. You see that's because Jesus first saw you. When you were lost and when you were far, like Jesus saw you. And then Jesus actually surrendered for you. Right? He he laid down his life for you. And then Jesus was sent to you. Like literally laying aside his glory and becoming flesh in order to demonstrate the good news. And that good news was was came to us, came to our families, came to South Bay, so it could be taken to the nations until he returns. Amen? So remember how deeply God loves you, that he saw you, he surrendered for you, and he was sent to you.”

#GospelNeedsBodies
“He says, offer your bodies, like, not just your beliefs, not just your Sunday morning, but your actual life, like your hands and your feet and your mouth and your time and your energy and your future. Like, the gospel needs actual bodies. If somebody is going to hear, then somebody needs to speak. If somebody is going to be served, then somebody else needs to show up. If somebody is going to be discipled, then somebody needs to invest of their time and their life and their blood into another life.”

#LovedNotEarned
“When you've loved on people and they leave the world in that way, the the scripture passages hits differently. It says, in view of God's mercy to offer your body as a living sacrifice. And I believe that seed didn't give his life so Jesus would love him. He wasn't trying to earn God's love. He could give his life because he knew how deeply Jesus loved him. Do you know how deeply Jesus loves you?”

#IdolsEveryHeart
“And so, you don't need to be a worshiper of, you know, a golden Buddhist statue to be an idol worshiper. What Romans one is laying out, what Paul is saying is that all of us are idol worshipers. Right? We've we've we've we were created to worship the creator, but our hearts, we continually take those created things and put them in the place that belongs to God. And sometimes that's our success. Sometimes that's our career or even our future or even our children. But Romans, there's no way out because it forces us to see clearly, right, that all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.”
