#ObedienceOverComfort
“Here is what these passages want us to see. The prophet wasn't suffering because he had missed God. He was suffering because he had heard from God and obeyed. The calling of God doesn't examine his servant from hardship. Sometimes and most often than not, obedience itself bring us face to face with difficulty through sacrifice, opposition, rejection, and even betrayal. Church, the path may be costly, but it is always rewarding. Amen.”

#MissionUrgency
“We cannot afford to treat the thing of God carelessly. The day of vengeance will come when Christ returns, and the judgment of God will begin with the household of God. Church, the king is coming. The mission is urgent. Let's lay down every distraction, every personal ambition, and every unnecessary contention. And let's get back to the work of God, which He has called us to do. So where does the mission begin?”

#BetweenComingsMission
“Jesus has come, and he's coming again. And we are living between the first coming and the second coming. And right now, right now, the door of salvation is still open. Right now, we are still living in the years of the Lord's favor. The incredible windows of God's grace where people can still hear the gospel, turn to Christ, and receive the forgiveness of God. So let us seize this moment. This is our opportunity. This is why the church of Jesus Christ cannot sit back, relax, and wait for Jesus to return. We are here on a mission.”
