Day 1: When the World’s Answers Crumble, God’s Truth Stands

The world offers quick fixes and flattering lies, but its solutions dissolve under pressure. Nebuchadnezzar’s advisors buttered him up with empty promises, only to panic when their shallow wisdom failed. True answers don’t bend to human control or flattery—they come from the God who sees beyond time. When life’s mysteries overwhelm, the world’s chatter grows silent, but Christ’s truth remains unshaken. His Word cuts through confusion like a stone through clay. [22:14]

Then the mystery was revealed to Daniel in a vision of the night. Then Daniel blessed the God of heaven. Daniel answered and said: “Blessed be the name of God forever and ever, to whom belong wisdom and might. He changes times and seasons; he removes kings and sets up kings; he gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who have understanding. He reveals deep and hidden things; he knows what is in the darkness, and the light dwells with him.”

The true King arrived not with armies but a cross, His kingdom carved by divine hands, not human ambition. Every earthly system—governments, economies, ideologies—will crack under the weight of its own frailty. But the Stone that struck the statue grows into a mountain, filling the earth with unending glory. [58:26]

And in the days of those kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that shall never be destroyed, nor shall the kingdom be left to another people. It shall break in pieces all these kingdoms and bring them to an end, and it shall stand forever.

Modern faith often treats God like a vending machine: input prayers, demand snacks. True worship clings to the Giver, not the gift. Yet every act done for the unseen King—every kindness, truth spoken, or sin resisted—echoes into eternity. The gospel doesn’t call us to abandon the world but to live in it as ambassadors of a better country. [01:02:13]

But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.
