#MaryWithJesus
“Mary was with Jesus from birth to death. What an awesome mama Mary was. She was a woman of faith that saw her son become her savior. He went from son to savior. God knew when he decided Mary would give birth to Jesus that she was a good mama. God knows everything. And so when he made the decision decision that was gonna be the mother of Jesus. He knew what her words would be. He knew her words would be, here I am, Lord. May your word be fulfilled in me.”

#FaithLikeMary
“This is what Mary did. She had the faith of a child just like Tristan and Reese did. She had the faith of a child, and she knew that with everything she was facing, the Lord would take care of her. Oh, how we, as Christians, need to have the faith of a child. No questions asked. Here I am, Lord. I am your servant. When someone is in a health crisis or they're going through a divorce or they're in financial hardships, do we give it to the Lord and have the faith that he will provide for us? What a blessing it would be to have faith like Mary. No questions asked. Here I am, Lord. I am your servant.”

#MarySaidYes
“But when the angel appeared to her, instead of saying to the angel, no. No. I can't do this. I'm engaged to be married. I can't do this. What she did is she simply asked him, how could this be since I'm a virgin? And the angel answered her, and her reply was, I am the Lord's servant. May your word to me be fulfilled. She didn't laugh like Sarah did when Sarah found out she was pregnant. She didn't question like Zachariah when he found out he was gonna be a father. This child had so much faith in God that she says to him, may your word be fulfilled in me.”

#UnwaveringFaith
“None of us have had the greatest responsibility in the world of giving birth to the Messiah. It's only one person that's done that. But sometimes, we as Christians I'm too old, Lord. I'm too young, Lord. I'm too busy at work. I don't have the time. Mary, this young girl who was a child herself, has just been told that she will face heartache and sadness in the future, but her faith did not waver. She didn't question anything. She simply continued to say, I'm here, Lord. May your world's words be fulfilled in me.”

#MaryAsExample
“She was a woman of faith that saw her son become her savior. He went from son to savior. God knew when he decided Mary would give birth to Jesus that she was a good mama. God knows everything. And so when he made the decision decision that was gonna be the mother of Jesus. He knew what her words would be. He knew her words would be, here I am, Lord. May your word be fulfilled in me. Mary is not a woman to be worshiped as some denominations Jesus is who we worship. But Mary is a woman to be admired. She's a role model for not only being a good mother, but for being a good and faithful servant. We should all strive to be a Mary.”

#MarysCourage
“Mary knew that raising Jesus would cause her pain and heartache, yet she chose to do it. She could have easily walked away. I'm assuming she knew Saman was a man of god. So when he tells her this, she could have easily walked away and said, Lord, it's too much. I can't do this. None of us have had the greatest responsibility in the world of giving birth to the Messiah.

#MarysSacrifice
“So put yourself in Mary's shoes. She's a child. She's not married. And all of a sudden, this angel appears to her and says, you're gonna give birth to the Messiah. We celebrate this occasion. But for Mary, an unwed mother, she could have been stoned to death. Joseph could have divorced her. You had to get divorced when you were engaged. Joseph could have divorced her. He would have left her to the bushes.”

#FamilyIsBlessing
“But Mary is there. Mary is there again supporting her son, the son that she loved from birth to that point. Even on the cross, Jesus was concerned about his mother. And so he tells Mary, here is your beloved son, John. And he tells John, here is your mother. Family is a blessing from God. I ain't saying we all get alone. I'm not saying we all live happily ever after, but family is a blessing from God.”
