#ShapedForAssignment
“You you you can't do what he's called if you don't go through what he has commanded. Mantles fall on those who have been shaped for the assignment, not for those who simply desire the spotlight. Elisha teaches us mantles fall on them disciples, not drifters. They fall on forerunners, not performers. They fall on those who stay close, not those who stay casual.”

#LearnBeforeLead
“We have too many Elijah's voices, personalities, platforms, and performers, and not enough Elisha's disciples, forerunners, mental carriers. We need leaders who learn before they lead, follow before they speak, before they preach, obey before they perform, carry the assignment not the applause. The double portion is not for show. It's for kingdom. It is for the assignment. It is for the weary generation.”

#HeirOfTheAssignment
“Elisha doesn't ask for fame, platform, or recognition. He asked for a double portion. Now many of us missed this. Elisha was not asking for double power. He was asking for double responsibility. In the Hebrew culture, the double portion belong to the firstborn son, the heir, the one responsible for the family's future. So Elisha was saying, make me the heir of this assignment.”

#SeekGodNotElijah
“Not where is Elijah. Catch that. That's why we can't idolize people. It's the spirit of god that's in the person. It's the mantle that's on their life. Where is the old season? No. Where is not where is the familiar. Elisha was looking wasn't looking for Elijah. He was looking for God. And when he struck the water, the waters parted. This is the moment the people saw the shift.”

#NationNeedsRevelation
“Israel was spiritually unstable. The kings were political, fearful, and inconsistent. The prophets were numerous but powerless in the hour. The people were religious but not repentant. The nation had rituals but had no revelation. There were people who were looking but could not find. There was noise but no direction. There was activity but no anointing. There was preaching but no presence of the living God.”
31s
#TrainedAndTested
“Elisha could pick up the mantle because he had been trained, tested, submitted, covered, and formed. He didn't skip steps. He didn't bypass order. He didn't reject the covering. He didn't walk into an assignment he was not prepared for. Would y'all want somebody on the road that keep failing their driver's test and they can't go through maneuver of you don't want them parked next to you. Why not?”

#MantleNotMicrophone
“Picking up a mantle is not the same as picking up a microphone. Picking up a mantle is not the same as picking up a title. Picking up the mantle is not the same of picking up a platform. Picking up a mantle requires training, covering accountability, and spiritual formation. He picked up what God placed in front of him because he had prepared for what God placed in him. The mantle is not for the untrained.”
39s
#MantlesRiseInWearyHours
“And many pastors, many of us are fighting for our sanity while watching other chase platforms, fame, and elevation without any divine power. But whenever the people grow weary, whenever the prophets begin to drift, whenever the fire goes out, whenever the nation loses its way, God raises a mantle. Hear me. And that is why the Lord has pulled us to second kings because in this text, God shows us what kind of leader he raises in a weary hour.”

#ProtectTheAtmosphere
“Sometimes picking up the mantle looks like, as I said, supporting the initiatives, showing up consistently, helping with the work, cleaning up the spills, protecting the atmosphere. There's too much gossip going on in the church. Come on here. Foolish gossip. Foolish. And we gotta deal with it. Protecting the atmosphere. Write that in your notes. Next time somebody wanna call you about something here, tell them we gotta protect the atmosphere.”

#FaithfulFewOverFollowers
“As a leader, that's one thing I am not concerned about is followers. I'm looking for the faithful few. I'm looking for those that will go rain, sleep, and snow. I am looking for those that if god said it, then we just gonna do it. And god is saying, you don't need more people following you. You need god to send those that are the faithful few. Come on here. God is saying. You”

#ForerunnersNotPerformers
“Not a performer, not a politician, not a celebrity, but disciples and forerunners is who he raises. A mantle carrier, a prophetic leader in the hour that hears the voice of God. But before we get into the mantle falling, we must understand the moment that the mantle fell in. Hear me. Before you can get into the double portion, you have to understand what was happening at that time.”

#ContinuationNotReplacement
“This is the same condition many of you feel in your spirit right now. This is the same condition we see in the church today. And into this environment, God raises Elisha. Not as a replacement, but as a continuation. Alright. Not as a celebrity, but as a servant. Not as a performer, but a prophetic forum. And into this, we see things unfolding.”
39s
#LifestyleOfConsecration
“He did not assume that he can do what Elijah did without seeing how Elijah lived. There's a lifestyle that's required for the mantle. There's a lifestyle. Last week, the saints taught bible study. Oh, they was in a ten minutes. Kept me at ten minutes. And they they I called one pastor, I I gotta preach tonight. Preach. But they figured out, it may look easy, but there's a consecration that has to take place.”
28s
#TestTheAssignment
“Elisha takes the mantle, walks back to the Jordan, and strikes the water. Many of you know an earlier part of the story as him and Elijah was walking, Elijah took that same mantle and hid it, and they were able to part. So after Elijah departed, Elisha did the same thing. He doesn't just strike to show off. He strikes to test the assignment. Mhmm. He asked, where is the lord of god of Elijah?”
36s
#PickUpYourMantle
“Father, why don't you want your pastor to look good, feel good? Come on here. Ain't that it? Why don't you want them to have a clear mind? Be dependable. These are not small things. These are mental things. The mental has fallen. The hour is urgent. The church is ready. God is raising us in the hour. Will you pick up your mantle? Please stay. Will you pick up your mantle?”
