#RootedInGod
“There was thankfulness because I was finally acknowledging the investment that I was making wasn't for myself, but it was for God. And that the progress I was making was a return on his investment in me. With this new mindset of being rooted in him and all I do with him at the will, I went into practice with no lack of confidence. Come on. That is when I realized you can make all the room you want for your gifts, But if there's no room for god, that room will may will remain vacant because he's the only one who could fill that room with blessings. Thank”

#GraceNotEarned
“And I wanna shout him out because I shared with him this message, and he was like, oh, hey. It's lovely, it's great. But you have to remind the people we're not trying to work to receive God's favor. He has given that to us already. So this is a reminder for me once again. Remember, this message is for me as much as it is for the ears who are hearing it. We don't have to work to receive God's favor. That's not that's not a thing. We have grace. We have grace. His grace is sufficient for us. But there are a lot of blessings out there that we can get when we do walk in his favor and walk in our true authentic selves with the gifts that he has given us. make room for your gifts, people.”

#GiftsWithGodFirst
“First of all, I just wanna address this one thing. God is the root of our gift. Yes. He is. To try and create room and reap the full benefits of making room for that gift without God at the center is foolish because we are limited to what we can we can control. Come on, Steven. With God at the forefront of what we allow him to with God at the forefront, we allow him to do what he wants in our lives and control our uncontrollables and open doors to make sure to make sure that there's more space for that gift. Making room is intentional preparation to bid ourselves physically and spiritually to be able to make a return on God's investment in us in the upcoming season.”

#PowerThroughSurrender
“And when you surrender, it gives you access to more power than you've been limiting yourself to. Because because you're no longer trying to just you're no longer trying to just control everything. Your focus goes from, I need to do all this by myself to, god got me. I'm a just do what I need to do. And with more control with God over your life, he's able to bless you and more because you've trusted him with everything you have. And because of that, your relationship will will grow more intimate and deeper, and you will truly be able to say that you believe him and trust in him.”

#WalkYourCalling
“the text says called. I referenced that a little earlier. We are called by God. He knows us by name. In 15, ability. He gave us ability of our own making, not somebody else's. Don't compare. Don't compare what you have with what somebody else has. God gave you a particular ability. They are not the same, but they are all purposeful, and we need to learn how to walk in them. So don't be afraid to walk in yours.”

#FaithfulInLittleThings
“It didn't feel good, but that moment was so good for me. And as I mentioned, I said, this man basically told me to get my life together. And so I let go of the distractions and the complacency, and I figured out how to do my job well. Now we talked about it as a believer. I knew this meant that it was being faithful in the little things so that I can be ruler over much. Matthew 25, we talked about that. I had my talent, but I was acting like the one who received the one. I wasn't acting like the one who received the two or the five. And what I what did I wanna do? Good and faithful servant. Okay. Well, where are the other things that came from your blessing? Where are those?”

#GiveHimYourHeart
“When you don't surrender to god, you're not allowing him to take full control. You're not allowing him to take the will and be able to do the things he wants to do. God God wants to have your heart. And when you and when you surrender things, you're slowly giving him more and more of your heart. And for me, it was football. For me, it was trying to get offers. For me, it was trying to trying to be the best corner I can. I had to I had to take a step back when I was held accountable by my friends. I had to take a step back and really think about, alright. Where am I being self or where am I being being foolish? And in that, that's when I started to realize I need to I need to surrender my doubt. Need to surrender my fear. I need to surrender all these things that are taking up my attention away from God so I could clear my vision and be able to keep my eyes on him.”

#BuiltOnGodNotSelf
“My second point, with God as your clear and firm foundation, you will not waver. Those moments where I started to worry, those moments where I started to doubt, those moments where I started to, lose faith in myself and have that lack of confidence was because I was rooted in myself and my own work. And I was expecting and I was expecting all these things to come, but they weren't coming. And I was once again, it's kind of point. When you're focused on yourself, when your views on yourself, that's where you're putting all foundation on. You're betting on yourself. We don't want to bet.”
