#WelcomeIntoGodsFamily
“What Jesus will accomplish through his cross and resurrection, right, is this exodus. To not only set us free from the power of sin, offer forgiveness, but then he's not just like, hey, you do you. Go for it. No. He actually welcomes us into his family. He doesn't say, oh, Jesus, you're my beloved. No. You know what Jesus does? He teaches us to pray to the father just like he does so that we can become children of the father just like him.”

#ListenToGodsVoice
“So these really simple words to the father, from the father to the disciples, inform both identity, who Jesus is and who they are, and what the life of discipleship entails. Fundamentally, is listening or attuning to the speaking voice of God and responding in alignment with that voice, that invitation, and that action. I think it's really easy to forget that we are already beloved before we do the things?”

#GodDelightsInYou
“And I guess my real question for you related to that is, like, when you think about your posture in relationship to the father, do you have a sense that God, like, delights in who you are right now, not who you want to be or think you should be. That like right now, in the midst of your junk, God actually delights in you as he delighted in Jesus. That doesn't mean you don't have a lot of change and growth and transformation to do, but, like, do you have that sense that the father is for you?”
