#TouchHealsGrief
“I needed to learn to cry, to weep, to mourn, to be healed. The other thing that was missing in my childhood was not much there was not much physical touch. See, because often I think those things go together because sometimes when someone is in that deep grief to just even sit near them can be part of the healing. I don't know where the spirit is gonna call and guide you this week in physical touch, but maybe you can even think of that wind and that breeze and come up here day or night, anytime. There's always a breeze up here. When you feel that wind, that physicality of the wind, maybe you can feel God's spirit.”

“And it was I've gotta get their names right. It was William who started, and William is more articulate. He wanted to thank everyone and thank his parents, you know, in his kind of acceptance speech. And then we hand the microphone to Ian. And Ian, it's a little bit more difficult. And so what does William do? He moves over. He puts his arm around Ian indicating you've got this. Oh my gosh. It was it was like that pure beauty of love, a friendship. It brought tears not only to my eyes, but I think to many people. You could see this is love in action. So we never know when God's using our hands to touch someone else.”
