#JesusSacrificed
“So how far did Jesus go in loving others? He went to the extent of enduring an excruciating death on the cross for the sake of the people who did it to him. He he took our sins upon himself, and he died in our place even though we didn't want him to, we didn't tell him to. He died in our place because he loved us, and he wanted to reconcile us to God. And so Jesus went to that extent for loving others. Even those men who whipped him and scourged him and beat him and mocked him and nailed him to the cross, he died for them. That's how far Jesus went to serve others.”

#PursueGodliness
“And and the reality is we will never drift into godliness. Just as a boat will not just drift to its destination if someone is not steering the course and setting the course, we ourselves as believers will not just drift and find ourselves godliness. We need to be seeking god's word. We need to be seeking his will for our lives, finding those things that are that we are holding back from him and surrendering them to god.”

#ShareTruthInLove
“Not by what they want, not by what I want, but what what God has defined as their best interest. And God has called us as Christians to love others by sharing the gospel to those who are lost in the darkness. We are to accept people as they are, but we cannot affirm what they're doing as we cannot say that they are fine and and good with God. We have to share the gospel with them and point to their need to be reconciled with him.”

#CheckYourMotivation
“What is holding you back? Consider that. What is holding you back from that if you are near to the kingdom of God? And if you're here this morning and you are a believer, as many of us are, then my question for us this morning is, what are we doing and why are we doing it? What is our purpose and what is our motivation? We've learned from God's word what our purpose and our motivation is. We are to love God, and we are to love others.”
