#NewCovenantSealed
“``the new covenant had been prophesied. There's going to be a new way, a new thing is going to begin. And although, excuse me, they they call it new, we can see throughout the Old Testament, again, from from as early as Genesis chapter three all the way through the resurrection of Jesus, that this isn't necessarily a new covenant. We can see this plan unfolding as God works his way through history to to make these things happen in in amazing fashion. But the new covenant brought the holy spirit to every believer. Today, you confess that Christ is Lord, you are indwelt with the holy spirit. Right? And you get all of it. There's no stages. There's no check boxes a b and c to make sure that you get it or keep getting it or keep getting more of it. Right? When you confess that Christ is Lord and you believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you are sealed for eternity.”

#HolySpiritIndwelling
“The Holy Spirit is in you. You have the very spirit of God living in you to help guide you. Right? It's it's amazing, and this this is what happened. Jesus told his disciples over and over, said, I'm going to go away, but I'm going to send the helper when I leave. It's good that I leave because when I do, the helper is coming. Right? Before this, the holy spirit was certainly alive and active, but it was not quite the same. Right? We can read it throughout the old Testament oftentimes where it says the spirit of God was on blank, was on David, was on Samson, was on the king, was on the judge, was on, you know, pick a pick a person. Right? And then only for a period of time and then that was withdrawn. But today, through the new covenant that was expressed in Jeremiah and other places, we have the spirit of God living in us. is the new covenant that Jesus established by his own blood.”

#ChristOurPerfectSacrifice
“But the idea for us this morning is remembering the sacrifice that was made for us, for those that have confessed that Christ is Lord, his his willingness to be the perfect sacrifice. Remember we talked about the blood being spilt of animals before to establish the other covenants. Right? No animal is perfect. Creation is fallen. Jesus perfect sacrifice for us. He's the only thing that could have taken my punishment and my place because of his complete perfection. Having completed the law of God to the letter. Right? On my behalf, on our behalf.”

#SymbolicCommunion
“about the elements themselves. It really is just a cracker and just some juice. Right? They don't become something else. They don't magically turn in to anything else, and and they don't become the actual body and blood of Christ. I think that's an important thing to remember as well. This is in commemoration the event that happened. Right? It's it's for us to remember that was made not to increase our salvation, not to consume the literal body and blood of Christ to enhance our salvation somehow or to make us more holy this afternoon than we were last night. Right? It is It's just for us to remember the event that happened.”
