“By the way, how many of you here are grateful that God liked you when you weren't very likable? How many of are grateful that God loved you when you weren't very lovable? How many of you here are grateful that God forgave you when you didn't forgive anybody yet? How many of here are grateful that God showed mercy when we were bitter? Man, it crushes Listen. Don't think too highly of yourself. You know what happens if you think too highly of yourself? Your feelings get hurt. I know. I know. This is so hard, isn't it? You know why my feelings get hurt? Because I didn't deserve that. I deserved better. Maybe? But I might be thinking too highly of myself. Well, who's worthy of it all? Jesus is. What am I worthy of? Zippo. And I'm not talking about lighters. Nothing. Nothing. But by the mercies of God, he gives us everything. Amen?”

“don't want to give god I I don't want us to give god what's left. I want us to give god what's right. Does that make sense? And I'm not talking political. Sometimes, we're all used up and we just give him what's left. When more importantly, it's our reasonable service to give him what's right. And what is that? All of me. All of me. Number one, my relationship with the Lord, right? How do I do that? Surrender to God. Number two, my relationship with with the world. Separate myself from its values. From its values. And be not conformed to this world. Conformed is what? It's an outward. Right? Because people people are how many of have ever met somebody who's, like, conformed to Christianity, but they're not a Christian? Has ever you ever I don't if you ever met anybody like that or not. Alright? You know what? I'd much rather have somebody rough as rough as rough around the edges, but right within the heart.”

“Let's let god cleanse us. Amen? So that's why Paul, right, off all the way up to here. Right? He's talking about, Romans chapter three, for all of us sin and come short of the glory of god. There's none righteous. No. Not one. Don't think too highly of yourself. That's that's that's verse three, isn't it, of Romans 12. Don't think too highly of yourself. Okay? We've all sinned. We've all come short of the glory of God. There are none righteous, no, not one. For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. God demonstrated his love towards us, and while we're yet sinners, Christ died for us. Paul is pleading for people to come to Jesus. He did everything. All we have to do is surrender. I surrender all. God, I'm gonna come to you because I need to be made clean.”

“God is sharing I I don't know. There's a lot to it. Okay? So Paul is just saying, look, it's re it's your reasonable service. He's really not asking too much. Make the sacrifices. But I wanna jump back over to John chapter 15 again. Alright? This is your reasonable service. It's your reasonable worship. What Jesus says in John 15 is, look, another commandment I give unto you, I want you to love one another as I have loved you. You see, why am I parallel in these? Because it's what God has laid on my heart. One of the hardest things to do ladies and gentlemen, listen. If there's bitterness, resentment, unforgiveness, and a lack of love in your heart, can you worship him? You can pretend to. Spoon looks clean. It was licked clean. Wasn't clean. God says, you can't can't fool me, so you need to stop fooling yourself.”
