#SeekTheLost
“Why have we not adopted this mission for ourself even though Jesus has invited us on it? Listen, stop waiting for people to just see the sign and show up. Stop waiting for your friends and your family and your coworkers to come to Christ and go and seek them. Share the gospel with them and trust Jesus to save them. That's what we're called to do. And so we're called to partner in the mission of God by seeking after the lost.”

#PrayForOthers
“Now, want you to think to yourself and just, you can be honest, when was the last time you agonized in prayer for anyone other than yourself? Like when is the last time where rather than just a quick prayer off the top of your head, which by the way, there's nothing wrong with quick prayers, but when was the last time you agonized for someone else other than yourself, agonized for your pastors, agonized for missionaries, agonized for the church that's out there in the world right now where they're worshiping in secret for fear of being arrested? When was the last time you agonized for somebody other than yourself in prayer?”

#SeekLikeJesus
“Like you're not gonna go to the wife of one of these lost hikers and she's like, yeah, I waited for three weeks and he just never showed up. No, at some point, the realization sets in that they're not coming back without help and so what do they do? They send in the search party. There's searchers, there's volunteers, they bring out the tracking dogs, they bust out helicopters. They are seeking after that lost person who's gone astray in the woods. Why? Because they'll never find their way home unless someone seeks them. And in the same way, Jesus has sought after us.”

#ObeyFirst
“Meaning, he said, I really really want to come to the party, you Romans, but I have a job to do over here first. Many of us flip flop these things. We're like, God, I'll obey you. I'll fulfill my calling. I'll begin serving when, I'll begin giving when, I'll begin sharing the gospel when and it's all we put all these conditions on it and we say, God, I have been hindered from obeying you because I've got all these things going on in my life. And it's completely backwards. And Paul says, my priorities are ordered by the God who made me. And I really listen, I really want to be with you people. But first, I need to obey God. We need to take on the same mindset for ourselves.”
