Glory to God. Amen. Hallelujah. Of course, you can give several ways here at Faith for Life. But before we get into that, let's turn our attention over to Matthew chapter 25, verses 35 through 40. And this is our giving. We do everything based on the word of God. We don't give out of religion. We don't give out of emotions. But we give because it's a commandment of God. But there are some things that I want to remind us of that Jesus talks about. So it says here in Matthew chapter 25, and if you actually have a Bible, especially if it's red letter edition, you see it's Jesus speaking. And how many of you know when Jesus says something, we need to pay attention? [00:33:24]

And the king shall answer and say unto them, verily I say unto you, insomuch as you have done it unto one of the least of these, my brethren, you have done it unto me. See, that's part of what the things that come into the house of God, the offering and the tithes and offering, it's also to minister to other people. So as a church, when you give into the church and we as a body give unto different things, like we did earlier this month, we gave unto Ukraine and to a church there that had been bombed with a drone attack, right? You know what we did? We loved them and saw that they were in need, so we gave to them. And Jesus said, you know what? I consider that you did that to me. So know that when you give, amen, your finances goes far and wide. And Jesus is adding things up on your account. And remember this, he says, God is not mocked. Whatever a man sow, that shall he reap, amen? Come on, he's going to repay for you, amen? [00:35:15]

You know, there's many times that he was king and he was desiring, Lord, should I go fight them? Should I stay or what should I do? But it says that he inquired of the Lord and the Lord told him what to do. And as a result, he won. Amen. He won. He didn't suffer loss. So that's one of the things I want to check. Just check your spirit and see what Holy Spirit will have you do. And simply follow that because that's the right way. Amen. Praise God. [00:37:32]

Because we're releasing faith and power in that seed in which God has set up this system. And guess what? It will bring forth a harvest. Anybody believe this is going to bring forth a harvest? Amen. Glory to God. Praise God. I see that we're almost there, but we're going to take a few more minutes because we love on our brother. It's no rush right here for you. Amen. Praise God because he is working all things for our good, even in the financial realm. Amen. Even in our physical body. Oh, come on. Oh, amen. God is working. He's doing it. He's turning things around. Are you, are you grateful for that? Come on. He's filling bank accounts right now. Promotions are coming. Amen. In the name of Jesus. [00:37:58]

Again, it says he is risen, everything is changed. Now that word is means what? It means it is in the present tense. God wants us to know that presently. Say right now. Right now. Not yesterday. Not a minute ago. Not even a second ago. Not even when we said right now, back then, that's in the past. But God said everything is. That means present tense. Come on. I mean, guess what? So when I said is, that's already in the past. But now when I say is now, it's in the present. Come on. So everything is changed. We need to grab hold of this. Amen. [00:41:55]

See, one of the tricks of the enemy is to make everyone believe that when a person dies, that's the end of it. Now, to give you a better understanding of it, it says it this way in the New Testament. It says that in Thessalonians, he says, I desire that you don't grieve like those who have no hope. In other words, I want to tell you that it's something different when the believer dies. God doesn't call it dying. He calls it falling asleep. Now, when I think about sleep, what do you think? Do you fight to sleep? I'm going to sleep. I'm going to sleep. I'm going to sleep. No, no. Sleep is peaceful. So, what he's saying is that there is just a peaceful transition. You simply come out of this body, but you still exist. [00:43:29]

See, that's why we need to be heavenly minded, right? Now, if we're heavenly minded, what it means is, it doesn't mean that we don't care about people. Being heavenly minded means that we have God's purposes, God's intent, God's plan. What is it that he wants? That's how we're going through this life, just as Jesus did. Amen? All right. So, everything is changed. So, when that happened, let's go ahead and, okay, praise God. Okay. So, the Bible tells us that there are three that bear record in heaven. It says, God the Father, God the Son, and God Holy Spirit. Now, all of them, they're one in name, aim, and purpose. Meaning that there is no different. They are not fighting with one another, but they are all the same mind. They all have the same purpose. They all have the same plan. And they all want the same goal. [00:44:31]

Now, the Bible tells us that the Old Testament is, it says it's concealed. Meaning that there are things in there that we don't see clearly, but once we get into the New Testament and we look back, we can see more clearly. So, now, so, from the garden all the way to Jesus entered into his ministry. Jesus' ministry was three years. Think about that for a moment. In three years, not only did he change the world, but he changed humanity forever. In three years. In three years. In six years. Oh, praise God. So you say, what he did. it is lasting but remember what did jesus say come on i'm gonna put some on let's see this for a moment the works that i do you will do and greater meaning what that we we should be doing things that will affect humanity for the rest of its existence [00:45:51]

let's go ahead and go to john chapter seven saint john chapter seven now this is before jesus was crucified jesus talked about something we're going to look at john chapter seven verses one and two and we'll jump down i want you to go ahead and take some notes here because again remember everything is change and the change that we're talking about is we're going back to how god originally attended everything for all humanity which is what we call what in this in this in this message series we're calling it what pure perfection have you been thinking about that what what does that look like pure perfection what it looks like with no lack with no strife with no with no sickness with no disease with no let me having all wisdom having i mean just just just contemplating of taking all that different stuff out you know parents wasn't fighting with their kids kids wasn't fighting with their parents families one fight with one another come on you know think about this come on people they didn't have bad neighbors come on come on you know come on think about this we're talking about pure perfection where you actually you know everything is good amen [00:47:24]

do you know that god thoughts are not like your and my thoughts he says my thoughts are not like your thoughts he said your thoughts are not like my thoughts he says as far as the heaven is from the earth i mean no that's a long way heaven is a real place it's a real place to go to all right he says as far as heaven is so far is so far above is my ways and my thoughts are above yours meaning it is not even close i don't care you can take the smartest human who has ever lived and i tell you next to god they are still a baby drooling can't even hold their head up all right all right so now let's go ahead and go over to verse uh let's go to verse uh 37 37 can i get a hallelujah come on can i get a praise the lord can i get a god is good how how long is he good look at that we didn't even practice that praise the lord jesus i'm telling you you all are so good just setting this so it won't turn it off on me praise god now this is jesus speaking if you have a red letter edition again what jesus said is truth he says this now remember he's now at a feast in which people want to kill him so if he comes here to talk how many of you know that we should pay attention and what he says is very important all right [00:50:54]

and then the last day that great day of the feast jesus stood and cried notice think about it if you have a feast going on you got a festival going on what's happening people are eating music's going it's a party come on right come on i want you to see what's going on think about a carnival think there's something there's stuff going on there's people talking there's people having conversation there's kids running around and jesus he stands up at the time when people are looking to kill him and he says this if any man thirst let him come unto me and drink for he that believeth come on you need to circle that you need to underline that you need to see that what does that word believe with me it means faith everything that god does is by faith through faith with faith faith is not separated from it right he that believeth on me as the scripture saith come on he always connects it to the word what do we believe we believe the scripture as the scripture saith out of his belly shall flow rivers [00:51:02]

of living water now a couple things notice what he says he says out of his belly his belly doesn't mean like his stomach right he's talking about his innermost part of him but you know what you can notice how many have you ever got a witness or got peace and it seems like it's coming from everybody it's not coming from your belly per se come on it's really coming from the center of you right it's coming from your spirit it says out of your spilling spirit so in other words he's saying out of your spirit shall flow notice what it's going to do it's going to flow god is not about stagnant things let me ask you this what is there tell me somebody give me some characteristics of stagnant water what's what happens with stagnant water it stinks right come on it produces you know mosquitoes and all this nobody wants to be around stagnant water but he says out of their belly shall flow rivers come on you ever been on the beach or you know something like that or maybe you stayed at a resort or something they had the door open and the water was flowing what happened it was a calmness it was a peace it was cool it was like yeah come on this is you you you you [00:52:19]

But who does it flow out of? Caveat. Those that believe on him. Believe what? That he is the Christ? That he is the son of God? That he is the satisfier of our sin? Come on. Those that believe that he's speaking what God said. So if we believe this, we are trusting him, then God said it's going to rise up out of you. It's going to flow. In other words, you don't have to make it happen. You don't have to make it. It's going to flow. It's just going to. Not to gross you out. Who here has ever vomited before? Did it happen on his own or did you have to think about it? Let me vomit. Let me vomit. Let me vomit. Let me vomit. All of a sudden, it flowed. Well, just as you had nothing to do with that vomit happening, it's saying that this living water is going to rise up and you... But it's going to be a different. It's not going to stink. But what it's going to do, it's going to give life. This is how you know it's living water because it's giving. It's giving life to all those who are around. Woo! Oh. You know what? You know what? We... I want to encourage you with pre -service prayer and with worship to get all the way in until it just begins to flow. [00:54:11]

I'm telling you that God is calling for the whole reason. This is one of the reasons that Jesus came. Why? It's so that these rivers of living water will flow out of us. Have you ever been in a situation where you're in need of wisdom? You don't know what to do, all right? You got a decision to make, and you're like, I don't know what I'm going to do. I don't know what I'm going to do. You know, some people will flip a coin. Some people will say, eeny, meeny, miny, moe, catch a tiger by his toe. You know, but I suggest you don't catch a tiger by his toe. But anyway, this is not the way in which we should make decisions. We shouldn't say, well, I guess. I hope this is the right answer. No, at that time, we should be looking to the greater one on the inside of us to, all of a sudden, you just, no. Why? He says, seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added unto you. He also says, if any man lacks wisdom, this is James chapter 1, if any man lacks wisdom, let him ask his brother, his sister, his cousin, the people down the street, this guy you're driving past, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, did he say that? He said, let him ask of God. [00:57:20]

So during this time frame, he's going to talk about things which are vital for us to know and to have. You know, you may see a movie and, you know, somebody's in, in the sick bed and they're like, you know, I know I'm about to go. So I just want to tell you what's one last thing. If somebody knew that they were about to transition, they're about to die, what would they do? They would say, I want to, I'm going to tell you some serious things. They're not going to say, well, how's the weather today? They're going to talk about things which are vital, things which are important. And if they love you, they're going to give you wisdom that they believe that you need. All right. Whether you want it or not, they're going to say, you know what, I'm going to count it as seed. I'm going to give it to you. [00:59:05]

So when we ask, we should be asking in love. Right? All right, praise God. We should be asking in love. When we pray, we should be praying what? In love. In faith, in love, right? Matter of fact, the scripture says this, that your faith, it works by love. It worketh by love. That word worketh means this, it gets its energy. In other words, it's the gas in your automobile. If you don't have gas in the automobile, where are you going? Nowhere. Praise God. You can say, I believe, I believe, I believe, but hate your brother and it's not working. He's going, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, come on, get your love work right. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. [01:00:27]

So Jesus just made it real simple. I'm going to write in the contract. If you ask anything in my name, I will do. Come on, this is, I want you to see how simple this is. He said, look, I'm not trying to hide thing in legal ease, you know what I'm talking, in legal jargon. He said, I want to make it plain. Come on, don't you love God? He's making it plain. Oh, glory to God. He said, I will do. Let's get a little bit more. If you, what's this next word? If you love me, you will do what? Keep my commandments. Part of his commandments is that we walk in love. So in other words, when we interact with other people, the way that we interact with them have nothing to do with them. [01:02:14]

So this is a litmus test. If you walking in love or not, if you love Jesus or not, it depends on how you treat others. Oh, praise God. You can say, ouch, okay, I got it, Lord. That's all right. If it was a shank, he'll heal you real quick. Come on, praise the Lord. All right, here we go. And it says, if you ask anything in my name, that will I do. I will pray or request the father that he will give you another comforter that he may abide with you. How long? So he's talking about, so there's living, rivers of living water that's flowing up out of you. And then he begins to talk about the comforter. So what of, as you look at the old Testament, you'll find out that there are types and channels. There are, there's symbols and things that are in there. When you go back and look at it, you'll see what it was. So Holy Spirit, some of his symbols that you'll see in the Old Testament is water. Some of the things that you'll, oh, that's good, Lord. Some of the things that you'll see that he is fire. Some of the things you'll see that he's a cloud. [01:03:28]

So in this particular part of Scripture, you have the Holy Trinity there. You have the Father, you have the Son, and you have the Holy Spirit. So through Jesus' ministry, the way that, when the miracles really took place, it took place after the grace of God came upon him, after the Holy Spirit came upon him, and then he went. It says that, notice what it says there. It says that he was led of the Spirit. The way Jesus did everything, he was led of the Spirit. Why things worked out for Jesus? Because he was led of the Spirit. How could things work out for you? Being led of the Spirit. Again, Jesus is taking time before he transitions, before he leaves, before the end of, before he goes to be crucified, and then raised up. This is going to be the end of his earthly ministry. Now his ministry will be done through his body. So he's making sure that his body knows this. [01:05:43]

Holy Spirit on the inside of you should give you boldness to do things that you would never do in yourself. I dare say when you see people operate in their grace and their gifting and their purpose, there's a boldness on the inside of them, and some people see it as the wrong way. They see it the that they are, they are trying to make their name great. What they are doing, they are bold because they know of the gifting and the grace that's on them, and they know what God has told them, so they're walking it out. What's an example of this boldness with Jesus? When Jesus told the disciples to go to the other side, and he was praying, and then it says that he came to, he went, he saw, he met them in the middle of the sea, walking on the water. You know what type of boldness it takes to be praying, and then the Father says, go to them. He didn't just decide to walk on the water, he was given instructions, and he followed them, even when it would make no sense to go out into the water. So he went walking on the water. [01:08:15]

So what I'm telling you is this, Holy Spirit is the Lord. You can't outwit the Holy Ghost. You can't outwit God. But remember, Holy Spirit, Holy Ghost is God. How many know you can't outwit God? So he's an advocate. The next thing we find out that he is a comforter. Come on, anybody ever needed to be comforted? Consoled? Come on. Come on. Ever needed that? What's that? Holy Spirit, he's going to do that with you. He's going to give you comfort. He's going to say, you know what? That's all right. Come on, stand with me. It's all right. I got you. You're not standing by yourself. I'm here with you. Come on. How many know when God's standing with you, you and God is the majority? [01:18:39]

But if you're doing something, come on, if you're going somewhere, come on, if you're going to accomplish the will of God, you need some help. There's going to be times there's going to be roadblocks. There's going to be times you're going to need some help. But if you're not doing that, he's not going to help you sin. But he'll help you be victorious. He'll help you win. He'll help you be the head and not the tail. Above only and not beneath. Come on. Blessed be a blessing. All right. Come on. So then, so not only that, so it says you're a helper. After that, it says he's an intercessor. An intercessor means one who intercedes, one who goes on behalf of another. So Holy Spirit will intercede for you. Come on. Anybody ever need, I just need somebody to help me to pray about this. [01:21:27]

He's fighting against it. Why? Because when you pray in other tongues, what's happening is the Spirit of God who is on the inside of you is cooperating with you, or we can say, help it. Come on. Help it. He's not going to pray for you. He's interceding, meaning that he is using your tongue, your voice box, your mouth, your lips, and your will. What? Your will to pray, because you have the will to do it, right? And then as a result, he's supplying the sounds. He's supplying the words, the language, however it goes out. And what he's doing is he's praying the perfect will of God. In other words, how do you know that God is, God is, he's a legal being, right? What do I mean by a legal being? He's not going to break his word. He said, no, because his word is, his word is law. You can't break it. Remember, he said, if I don't do what I say, I'll destroy myself. This is the law. This is the way things are governed through the word of God, right? [01:22:31]

So then, so he's an interceder. So he intercedes. He's praying about it. You know what, parents, you should pray for your children. You know how you should pray for your children? Pray in the Holy Ghost. Father, I pray right now for my children. I pray for their purpose. I pray for their mate. I pray for the school that they should go to. I don't care if they're in kindergarten. You know what you should pray? I'll pray for the finances for them to go to school. I pray for the right school. I pray for the right instructors. I pray for the, and then just begin to pray in the Holy Ghost. Praise God. He's an intercessor, right? So now, so we found the intercessor, but then, you know what else he is? He is a standby. Have you ever just needed somebody to be around you? I just need somebody to stand with me. I feel like I'm standing by myself. I just need somebody. He said, he's going to stand by you. [01:24:07]

Remember, he said, I'll neither leave you nor forsake you. He'll never leave you nor forsake you. He'll be with you forever. You can trust that the Holy Spirit is not going to, oh, I got to go check out. I got to go over here. No, no, no. He's going to be with you. And if he's with you, come on, he's God. That means that God is with you. So it doesn't matter what you're facing, you have God. All -powerful, all -knowing, all -present, the eternal God is with you. You know, and that's why that first song we sang, rejoice, rejoice. Everything that happened. Why? Because you know that he is standing by you as you stand by him. Oh, glory to God. All right, so now, what else is he? It says that he is a strengthener. Anybody ever need a strength before? Come on, I gave you an example of strength. He will strengthen you. Sometimes it's not just physical strength. Sometimes it's mental strength. [01:25:13]

Now, I just want to share. Now, see what's different. I'll say everything is changed. See, over in the Old Testament, the anointing, the grace of God only came on the priests and kings. So, not everybody else had an opportunity to, those God had called for a special mission. Those are the only ones the Holy Spirit came on. He came on Samson. That's the reason why he was able to beat, kill a thousand people with a jawbone of an ass. Why? Because he was a grace. There was anointing on him. Remember he said, he would shake himself. You know what that is? That's the anointing. All right? So now, the last thing is this. The comfort for this, this attributes of him, it says he's a teacher. [01:26:18]

I shared this a couple of weeks ago. I remember I had did some, I did some service work on my vehicle and it was something simple. So, I just went ahead and did it. I'm handy. So, I just did that. But there was still an error code on my dash. And I was about to go to YouTube to see, you know, you can YouTube everything. You want to break a cake? YouTube it. You want to go to YouTube it. You want to social? YouTube it. I mean, it's YouTube, right? So, I'm like, you know what? I was about to YouTube it and then the Holy Spirit's like, why don't you ask me? Like, duh. Right? Right? All right. You know, like, oh, Lord, forgive me. So, I asked him. He's like, push this, push that, push this, do this, that, and that. I did it and he reset. If you ask me now what I did, I don't know. You want to know why I don't know? Because I got the Holy Ghost. I don't need to know that. I'm just telling you. I'm letting you know. Holy Spirit is a teacher. And I want you to see how practical it is. It's not just, he'll just teach you things about the Bible. It's not that he'll just teach you. Holy Spirit will teach you about everything that you inquire him of. [01:27:07]

Jesus says this, nevertheless, I tell you the truth. Now, they know that Jesus spoke the truth. So, why did he say, nevertheless, I tell you the truth? Because he's going to tell them something that is going to make their head go tilt. You know what I'm talking about? Like, huh? What? No, maybe I didn't hear that right. You know, they're checking their ears. He said, nevertheless, I tell you the truth. It is expedient for you that I go away. I remember reading the Bible, and I would, you know, start it off in, I started off in, you know, Matthew, Mark, Luke, John. And I would read in how he was with disciples and everything. And I would read in how he was with disciples and everything. And I remember saying, man, I wish I could have been alive when Jesus was alive. Anybody ever did that? Say, man, I wish I was alive when Jesus was alive. But Jesus says here, nevertheless, I tell you the truth. It is expedient for you that I go away. Now, remember, this is the disciples. And the interaction, they've been with Jesus for three years. Three years, they've been with him night and day. Almost 24 -7, right? They've been with him. And he is telling them, trust me. It's better for you that I go away. That word expedient to you, that word expedient means this, it's better for you. What? It's better for you? It means it's profitable for you? [01:29:39]

Now it doesn't make sense. I mean, we need to trust Jesus. He said, it's advantageous, it's to your profitability, it's to your advantage, it's for you to do better, it's for your advantage that I go away. For if I go not away, the comforter, notice, the comforter will not come unto you. Notice, the comforter will come unto you. So how does a person get born again? A person gets born again talks about Romans chapter 10. It said, what saith that the word is neither even in thy mouth and thy heart? That is the word of faith which we preach. Thou shalt believe in thy heart and confess with my heart that Jesus raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believes unto righteousness, but with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. So it's a heart and mouth thing. It is a believing in the heart, not organ, but the innermost part of you, and it's acknowledging it with your mouth. When you do that, something happens in the spirit. [01:31:33]

But when this has happened, this is a heart and mouth thing. You believe, therefore, we speak. As a result, Holy Spirit goes in, and there is now, you are now created in the image and likeness of God. Now, your DNA looks just like God. If they'll put your DNA under the microscope and put God's DNA under the microscope, they'll say, 100 % match. Now, but that doesn't happen if Holy Spirit doesn't come. All right? Can you see this? All right. [01:34:22]

Nevertheless, I tell you the truth, it is expedient to your advantage, profitable for your good, that I go away. Therefore, if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you, but if I depart, I will send him unto you. And when he has come, who? Holy Spirit. What is he going to do? He will reprove the world of sin. In other words, they're going to know that they're sinners. And of righteousness, and of judgment, of sin, because they believe not on me. So, a sinner knows that he's a sinner. You don't have to go to a sinner and say, you're a sinner. They already know it. They know it in their heart. Why? Because Holy Spirit is what? They're like, they know they're not right. They know it on the inside. No matter, they said, man, I'm having fun. You need to stay away from that church. Hey, God, with me. They ain't having fun. On the inside. Come on. People can say anything out of their mouth, but truly they're heart of hearts. [01:35:04]

You're the head and not the tail. Come on. He's going to remind you, hey, you have authority. You can speak. You can decree a thing and it'll be, come on. He's going to, he's going to help you remember Satan is under your foot. Come on, come on. He's going to help you to remember these things. Oh, glory to God. Okay. We're almost done here. Stay a little, stay tight, stay tight. Here we go here. Here, of judgment because the prince of this world is judged, I have yet many things to say unto you, but you cannot bear them now. He said, I've got a lot of things to say to you, but you can't hear it. You can't understand it. You can't get it now. Why couldn't the disciples get it? Why couldn't they understand it? Why couldn't they hear it? Why couldn't they perceive it now? Because they haven't had the Holy Spirit yet. Because what is the, what is the Holy Spirit going to do? He's going to teach them. He's going to lie. He's going to guide them. He's going to counsel them. He's going to help them. He's going to strengthen them. But they're not ready right now because he hadn't come. [01:36:23]

I want you to see what I'm saying. I want you to see, you are not limited. Oh, praise God. You are not, when you have Holy Spirit, you are not limited. See, God didn't want you limited. Jesus loved you so much. He didn't want you limited. Ooh, come on, come on. This should be a thank you, Lord. I praise you. Hallelujah. Ooh, I worship you. I believe that. I take that. Come on, come on. Not for me, but for him. Jesus, God didn't want you limited. Say, God doesn't want me limited. God doesn't want me hindered. Ooh, ooh, ooh. Oh, come on, come on. Oh, how did you, come on. Ooh, come on. Whoa, come on. I need you to understand that. Oh, what is God, he doesn't want you what? Limited. No, he doesn't want you what? Limited. No, no, no. He doesn't want you what? Limited. No, your father doesn't want limitations for you. [01:38:57]

You know why, why he sang that song, why that came before? Because God is trying to tell you that he wants you to have no limits. Ooh, ooh, ooh. No boundaries. Come on. You know what God sees for you? He say, I see increase. All around me. you. Stretch forth. Break forth. He's saying, release me and release me into your life because I want to enlarge your territory. Come on, he's a no limit God. Come on, come on, stand up and worship him. Come on, just begin to worship him. Begin to worship the God who has no limits on you. He has no boundaries for you. Oh, we honor you, Lord God, for there is no limits that you have for us. Even right now, Lord God, we ask in areas that we place limits on you. We place limits on ourselves. We repent before you even right now. We confess it before you. We say right now that we have no limits. Say we have no limits. Say we have no boundaries. We see increase all around us. We stretch it forth. We break it forth. Say increase us. Enlarge our territory. [01:40:31]
