God’s victory does not wait until heaven. Christ has already won, and Romans 8:37 says believers are more than conquerors through Him who loved them. Victory is not something Christians are trying to earn. Victory is the place Christ has already put them in. A conqueror is not wishy washy, weak, or pushed around. A conqueror takes hold of what God has given, with passion, force, and faith.
The kingdom of heaven is bursting forth, and passionate people take hold of God’s power. Too much studying and not enough doing leaves people naive, no matter how smart they are. God’s Word has to become action. God calls His people to know what they have, use what they have, and stop living beneath the power of the kingdom that lives inside of them.
Peter says that redemption was not bought with silver or gold but with the precious blood of Christ, the spotless Lamb. The blood of Jesus was never God playing catch up after man fell. God had a plan before the foundation of the world. Christ was the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world, and His blood was always God’s answer for sin, separation, and the destroyer.
Leviticus declares that life is in the blood. The Old Testament sacrifices pointed ahead to Jesus, the true Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world. Christ poured out His life on Calvary, rose in victory over death, hell, and the grave, and opened the way back to the Father. His blood speaks mercy, redemption, cleansing, and divine connection with God.
The Passover blood on the doorposts reveals a bloodline the destroyer could not cross. Moses instructed each household to apply the blood, and God honored that blood as judgment passed over. The new covenant gives believers something even better. Faith applies the blood of Jesus over the doorposts of life through believing hearts and declaring mouths.
The bloodline reaches into homes, children, health, vehicles, finances, marriages, future families, and every place where the enemy tries to steal, kill, and destroy. The blood of Jesus is the hedge that stops the destroyer. Revelation says the accuser is defeated through the blood of the Lamb and the word of testimony. What is covered by the blood, no devil or demon can uncover.
God’s better covenant calls for bold people, bold as lions, who refuse to focus on bad news, fear, symptoms, lack, or defeat. Faith turns off the notifications that steal joy, applies the Word, draws the bloodline, and expects God to turn things around. Christ has won the battle. Believers must put action to faith and walk like victory belongs to them.

Key Takeaways
- 1. Victory is the believer’s starting place. Christ has already won the decisive battle, so faith does not beg for a victory that remains uncertain. Faith stands in what Christ has finished and refuses the identity of a victim. A believer can face real trouble without giving trouble the final word. [29:28]
- 2. The blood was never an afterthought. God knew humanity would fall before the world began, and Christ’s blood was already His redeeming plan. Redemption reveals God’s intentional love, not His emergency response. The value of a life becomes clearer when it is seen through the price God paid for it. [36:47]
- 3. Apply the blood with faith-filled words. Passover required the blood to be placed on the doorposts, not merely kept in the basin. The new covenant calls believers to trust Christ’s blood and speak God’s promises over real situations. Faith does not deny the problem, but it gives God’s Word greater authority than the problem. [62:33]
- 4. The blood stops the destroyer. The enemy still attempts to steal joy, calling, family, health, and peace. Christ’s blood creates a hedge where the destroyer has no rightful access. A cleansed position before God becomes the ground from which believers resist spiritual destruction. [69:42]
- 5. Bold faith must become action. God’s promises cannot remain only in the mind while fear controls the mouth and choices. Boldness grows when believers choose faith-filled people, declarations, and responses to bad news. The call is to turn off what feeds defeat and apply the Word with confidence.
