"We have to remember, it's not about the music behind, it's not a compliment whether it's here or not, it's in your heart, it's in your heart. You know, it says the angels sing, the angels sing, okay? Because they bow down and worship. That's what it's about. Okay. All right. Today, we're going to talk about living a Christian lifestyle in a challenging world." [00:03:32] (32 seconds)

"You know, it says what? It says, We know that all things of God work for the good of those who what? Who love him. All right? And if we talked about it before, that love was the one word that's found most in the New Testament. Love. Christ came because he loved. He said, Christ who loved the world, he gave his only begotten Son. Okay? Love. Love your neighbor as yourself." [00:05:52] (30 seconds)

"Trusting God's sovereignty. Trusting God's sovereignty. God's sovereignty means that God's in control. That's all it means. You know that big word, sovereignty? It just means God's in control. So, okay, so always remember that God is in control. Can you get someone to read that for us, please? Genesis 50, 20. Genesis 50, 20." [00:08:01] (24 seconds)

"Joseph's brothers had done what? They tried to harm him. They tried to harm him. But he said what? He said... It doesn't matter what they tried to do. What matters is that God has something for me to do. And it got done. God... What we're saying is that if you do it for the right reason, the right motive, it's going to work itself out. Okay? Now, Joseph's brothers didn't understand that. But Joseph did." [00:09:19] (39 seconds)

"Faith. What does the Bible say that you have to have to go to heaven? What do you have to have to go to heaven? Faith. That's right. You have to have faith. And you talk about all this other stuff. Which becomes along with it. But the basis is faith. If you really believe. If you really believe. And that's the key. The key is having faith and knowing that, going back to what we said earlier, God's in control." [00:11:20] (36 seconds)

"But you have the situation where Peter sees Christ and Peter steps out in the water. Now, I don't know why Peter won't step out in the water. But I know Peter was... The boldest apostles there were. So if anybody's going to do it, it'll be Peter. Okay. All right. And Peter jumps out the boat. And when I think about it, there's a book that you might want to read to get a chance. It says, if you want to walk on water, you got to get out the boat." [00:12:44] (39 seconds)

"That's what faith is. Faith is not doing what we see. You know. Faith is doing what we don't see. And believing. But never taking our eyes off the main thing. Our main thing is Christ. Okay. So we have this thing called faith that allows us to live a Christian life. Because when times get rough and we want to do something that we shouldn't do. Because we think that's the only way out. We don't do it." [00:14:53] (38 seconds)

"Right? And it's a practicing the fruit of the spirits should not be fruit. Should be fruit. Of the spirit. Okay. That's my error. Okay. Uh, every day. It's supposed to be. Living a life. That demonstrates the fruit of the spirit. And someone we have forced. Please. things there is no law. What does that mean? Can someone help me understand that? What does that mean?" [00:17:58] (65 seconds)

"Love is how I treat you. Because I can't dictate how you treat me. I might want to dictate it, but I can't. You know, I hope my wife loves me, but I can't make her love me. Okay. But no matter what, I should always love her because I can control that. How we treat other people. Are we kind? Are we patient? And I can't rest up sometimes because, you know, when I'm driving, and somebody cuts me off while I'm driving, I get angry." [00:22:42] (51 seconds)

"When you are rising, in a situation where things are not going the way it's going and your friends are looking at you and trying to see how you're going to act okay and you're cool calm and collected okay you know you're not anxious at all you're not worried at all and it's alright because God's got my back God's got my back I remember a friend of mine was telling me about a a play that the kids put on one time you know a lot of times we have enough kids to play they put on a play the Army of God and they had the helmet the shield okay the breastplate the belt they had those things right what a problem it was right in front of the the audience they did it perfectly they did it perfectly and then the pastor says turn around please and they turned around nothing in the bag nothing on the bag and and the pastor said you know that's because God's got my back God's got my back" [00:29:19] (79 seconds)

"she prayed because she believed god entered her prayer and someone asked me uh the other day after i asked me well you know how often do you have to pray do you continue to pray for the same thing you know and and if you don't get it the first time what does that mean well you know in my own answer it doesn't mean anything okay because the bible says that we're supposed to pray without ceasing it didn't say pray one time or pray two times it doesn't give a number it says pray without ceasing okay which means is that we pray and understanding that if we're praying for the right reason the right motive when god is ready he will answer our prayer he will also answer our prayer by taking care of us" [00:31:18] (61 seconds)
