God’s love is not limited by language, culture, or circumstance; it is a love that reaches every person, everywhere, and invites us to rejoice in being loved and to share that love with others. The reminder that “God is love and God loves us all” is sung in many tongues, affirming that no matter where we are from or what we face, we are embraced by the boundless love of Christ, who calls us to smile and rest in His affection. Today, we gathered as a community to lift up our hearts in worship, prayer, and song, recognizing the movement of God’s Spirit among us and throughout the world. We began with songs of praise, reminding ourselves that even in the changing seasons of life, God’s love remains steadfast. As the leaves fall and the air grows crisp, we are invited to see God’s hand in the rhythms of creation and to trust that, even in times of apparent barrenness, God is preparing new life within us and around us.

We prayed for our mission partners in Guatemala and for all churches working together to make our community a place of safety and love, especially for the most vulnerable. In our own congregation, we acknowledged the full range of human experience: milestone celebrations, deep losses, and the quiet struggles that often go unseen. Through it all, we affirmed that God hears every prayer—spoken and unspoken—and that we are called to be present for one another, bearing each other’s burdens in love.

As we moved into a time of offering, we were reminded that our gifts—whether financial, musical, or acts of service—are part of God’s ongoing work in the world. The songs that followed, sung in multiple languages, proclaimed the simple yet profound truth that God is love, that Jesus loves each of us, and that the Spirit of God is moving across the globe. We were encouraged to smile, to resist despair, and to trust in the victory of Christ over all that would seek to harm or divide us.
