Perhaps it's because Easter represents hope. Easter represents hope that death is not the end. Easter represents hope that new life is possible. Easter represents hope that God can transform even the darkest moments. Into something beautiful. [01:04:23] (24 seconds)

It's easy to celebrate resurrection once a year. But what if we could live Easter each and every day? What if the same power that raised Jesus from the tomb could breathe new life into our daily struggles? Our daily fears? Our daily doubts? [01:04:47] (22 seconds)

Imagine waking up each and every morning knowing that the same risen Christ who conquered death walks beside you, walks beside us. Imagine facing challenges not with fear, but with the confidence that his resurrection power is at work within us. [01:05:33] (22 seconds)

Scripture doesn't even say that Thomas actually touched Jesus. Just seeing Jesus was enough. And Thomas says my Lord and my God. Isn't that often true for us too? We don't always need answers or explanations. We just need to know that Jesus is near. We need to know that Jesus shows up. His presence alone has the power to calm any of our fears. His presence alone has the power to ease our doubts. And his presence alone has the power to fill us with hope. [01:10:00] (42 seconds)

Church Jesus didn't come just once a week. Jesus comes every day. Jesus comes in our prayers and in our worship. And in our quiet moments in which we seek him. Jesus is there. That's what it means. Easter every day. Living with the assurance that Jesus is always present. No matter where we are or what we're facing. [01:10:37] (27 seconds)

I'm sure that you know this. But I'm just going to say it. I already know that you know this. But becoming Christians, becoming followers of Jesus. Jesus, it does not mean that suddenly our lives will be free of challenges or free of heartaches or free of disappointments. It doesn't mean that at all. Rather, it means that when those tough times come, as they do for all of us, we will never have to face them alone. This scripture reminds us that God is with us. [01:12:13] (38 seconds)

We are never doing this life alone. The same power that raised Jesus from the tomb lives within each and every one of us through the gift of the Holy Spirit. [01:13:48] (16 seconds)

Folks who walk into our worship space with doubts and fears and struggle. Absolutely. They come seeking Jesus and we pray they walk out with their faith renewed in Jesus Christ. Why? Because when we gather, we are showing the peace of Jesus Christ. When we gather, we are sharing the hope of Jesus Christ. When we gather, we are spreading the love of Jesus Christ all throughout our mission field. [01:16:15] (31 seconds)

And as we leave this place, I would invite us to carry this truth within us. Easter is not confined to one Sunday. Easter is a lifestyle. Wherever we go, whoever we meet, we can ask ourselves, how can I, how can we show the love? How can we share the hope? And how can we spread the peace of Jesus Christ? [01:17:26] (32 seconds)

Over the next few weeks, we'll be embarking on a journey together that we are calling Easter every day. Together, we'll explore how the miracle of Easter isn't just an historical event. It's a living reality meant to shape how we live, how we love, and how we trust God all year round. [01:05:08] (25 seconds)
