#LionAndLamb
“You see, in that moment, it required Jesus to be a lamb. But not only that, in that same moment that Jesus was a lamb, Jesus was also a lion because in that moment, he was fighting a battle that nobody could see and he won the victory and he defeated death and he defeated sin and he defeated Satan in that moment. Because there was this one moment where it required Jesus at the same time to be a a lion and a lamb. And if we take the same and approach and posture to manhood that Jesus took, well, it requires the courage of a lion, and it requires the humility of a lamb.”

#PrayForCourageOrHumility
“So I wanna encourage you when you wake up in the day, when you get into a situation, you just ask God, God, is this situation, is this circumstance, is this one where I need to step out and have courage, or is this one where I need to have humility? God, is this one where I need to be a lion and be king of the jungle and step out and take charge, or is this one where I need to be a lamb? And if we'll do that, if we'll we'll do that, the more we do that, well, it'll make us better men.”

#CourageVsHumilityBalance
“Well, if you're trying to be a lion in a situation that that that causes for humility, well well, then you become not courageous, but then you become aggressive. And the opposite is true as well. If you're in a situation that requires humility, but but but you try to be or or sorry. The other way around. If if it requires courage and you're trying to be humble, well, then you end up not being humble, but you end up being passive. You end up just standing back and watching instead of being courageous.”

#FromHidingToLeader
“Another story I think of, another guy I think of is Gideon. Gideon, Scotty talked about him a few weeks ago. He he did an amazing job. But Gideon was was a guy who who he was an Israelite, and at that particular time, the Israelites were being oppressed by the Midianites. And so Gideon was was threshing wheat in a winepress, which mean he wasn't out in the open where he was supposed to be. He was just kinda hiding because he was scared and afraid.”
