Day 1: Let Your Light Shine in Your Relationships

Jesus calls us to be the light of the world, not hiding our faith but letting it shine in every relationship—at home, at work, and in our communities—so that others may see our good deeds and glorify God. When we intentionally live out our faith among our people, we become a beacon of hope and love, inviting others to experience the goodness of God through our actions and words. This is not about perfection, but about authenticity and a willingness to let God’s love flow through us, lighting up the lives of those around us. [33:05]

“You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.”

Day 2: God’s Design and Restoration for Marriage

Marriage is a sacred covenant defined by God as the union of one man and one woman, reflecting His faithfulness and commitment to His people; even when marriages feel broken or hopeless, God is able to restore and bring new life where there seems to be only death. No matter the challenges or the state of your relationship, God invites you to trust Him, contend for your marriage, and allow Him to heal and strengthen your bond, just as He brings dead things to life. Your marriage is not only about you and your spouse, but also a testimony to the world of God’s unending love and covenant. [36:09]

“But from the beginning of creation, ‘God made them male and female.’ ‘Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh.’ So they are no longer two but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let not man separate.”

Day 3: Turning Hearts to Family—Generational Blessing

God’s heart is for families to be united, for parents and children to turn their hearts toward one another, and for generational blessings to flow through strong, loving relationships rooted in Him. The health of our families impacts our communities and the legacy we leave; by choosing forgiveness, love, and intentional discipleship at home, we can break cycles of brokenness and establish a foundation of faith for generations to come. God’s plan to bless the world began with a family, and He invites us to partner with Him in lighting up our homes with His presence. [47:14]

Day 4: Deep Friendships Are Formed on Mission Together

True, lasting friendships are forged not just in casual connection, but in serving and pursuing God’s mission together; when we partner with others in doing the work of God, our relationships deepen and become sources of encouragement, accountability, and shared purpose. These missional friendships, like those between Paul and Philemon, are marked by trust, sacrifice, and a willingness to stand with one another through challenges, creating a bond that goes beyond surface-level interaction. If you long for deeper friendships, consider joining others in serving, growing, and living out your faith side by side. [55:18]

Day 5: Commit to Discipleship Circles—Life Together in Christ

The early church flourished because believers devoted themselves to teaching, fellowship, breaking bread, and prayer—meeting both in large gatherings and in homes, sharing life and supporting one another in practical and spiritual ways. God designed us to grow in circles, not just rows; when we commit to a discipleship group or small community, we experience authentic relationships, mutual encouragement, and the power of God moving among us. This commitment requires intentionality, but it is in these circles that we are truly seen, known, and transformed as followers of Jesus. [01:01:26]

“We were having a tough moment feeling very isolated um where we were living in my job and our finances. And I I vividly remember going to to Jasmine and I was like, "Hey, um, we've planned our lives just about perfectly and it's still not going right." So, there's something missing. I think it has to be our relationship with God. We're missing it. We jumped in and we just started going with church and creating a relationship with Jesus. And we did it for our son, but really it ended up just multiplying through us. Our family is complete with the Lord in the middle.”

“Actually, what we were wanting you to know is there's actually a big invitation. There's a big invitation to us as a church. Not just a big announcement, but a big invitation to come on a journey. We're calling it a three-year disciplehip journey where we're changing seasons. We're going from spring to summer as a church. And what that means for us is it's time for us to mature in our faith. It's time for us to go deeper with the things of God.”

“People of God saying, "I know that as I do life, there's things that are going to begin to kind of hold on to me or weigh on me or some chains that will try to attach themselves to me." And anytime God's going to do something special or new in our lives, he will have us reconsecrate ourselves. He did this over and over again with the people of God.”

And they've they've they've not gone the way of the world. They've not just said, "Well, well, this is what I feel, so therefore I just going to, you know, go and do what the world says." They said, "No, I I understand what God says. God says that the the sexual union of male and female is intended for for marriage, for heterosexual couples." So my my identity is not going to be found in that. My identity is going to be found in God.”

“But we believe that God brings dead things to life. We believe God heals and God restores and that God can heal and restore your marriage if you'll let him. But you don't get it. It's dead. Like there's no way this is going to be worked out. Remember Jesus called Lazarus out of the tomb.”

“And the question is, do you trust God or do you trust yourself or the world or the divorce lawyer or whoever else somebody's giving you some bad advice? Please lean in. Please contend for your marriage. Please allow God the opportunity.”

“Every car needs an oil change every so many miles, right? Your marriage needs a regular checkup, an oil change every so often. So, when we offer these marriage nights and things, be here. Come, let's get equipped together.”

“God's plan to save the earth was through a family. I'm He sent his son Jesus from heaven. This is the unccreated God. Jesus has been there since the beginning, but he chose to be born into a family with a mom and a dad, Joseph and Mary. He could have he, look, he could have done it anyway. He, as my kids would say, he could have just spawned in. He could have just showed up, right? If you don't know what that means, ask somebody in Gen Z, they'll tell you, he could have just appeared and all of a sudden he here he is. But he chose to come and humble himself and to be born as a little baby given to a mom and a dad who would raise the son of God who is also the son of man. Why? Because family is important.”

“They learn by watching you worship God, commit to the ways of God, get in the car on Sundays, even when we're all, you know, get in your car seat and buckle that seat in. And but no matter what, we're going to get there. you know, they they learn that they they learn that, oh, God's valuable and important even over my wants and and, you know, desires and everything and God will meet all my needs and so I go to God with it.”

“Can I tell you my experience in life, the friendships where you're actually on a mission together are so much deeper. Some of you served in the military and you know exactly what I'm talking about. Those bonds that are formed when you're on a mission together, just those those are bonds for life. Some of you have been on a mission trip with other people before and you you form bonds on that mission and you're like, why do I love those people so much? Or you know, why do I why do I still feel in my heart just this great fondness to because you were on mission together. you were doing the things of God with the people of God and that created this momentum inside for for a deeper level of friendship.”
