``Everybody worships something. You worship something whether you realize it or not. You might even worship yourself. Maybe you worship comfort. I just wanna be comfortable. So I do the things I do, so I can be comfortable. I do the things I do, so that so that I have the fun things I want. Maybe you worship somebody. Maybe you worship your career. Maybe you worship your money. Maybe you worship popularity. Maybe maybe you worship ladder climbing or your grades or any number of things. There's there's something that that you worship. And here's what marks worship. Worship is always marked by sacrifice. [00:42:23] (36 seconds)  #WorshipIsSacrifice Download clip

You you take your calendar and you open it and you see where you spend the hours of your day. Because you are giving your time to something. And whatever you're giving it to, you're worshiping. Look at your checkbook. Look at your bank account. Pull out your visa statement and go through it. Because where your money is going, you're making a sacrifice. You're worshiping something. Think about the gifts and abilities you have. The things you're good at. How do you use those? [00:43:40] (30 seconds)  #WhereYouInvestIsWorship Download clip

The amazing thing about this city is while these walls are so massive that you would feel absolutely safe inside the city, the gates stay open all the time. Now, if you're gonna really protect the city with a structure like that, you gotta control the gates. You shut the gates and keep people out, and you guard the gates, and you only let certain people in, and you only open the gates at certain hours. These open gates, here's what it means. God is absolutely, entirely able to build what can protect you and make you absolutely secure. But every enemy and threat you could imagine no longer exists. So there's no reason to shut the gate. I bought you and I've brought you. And now, you're home. Ain't it great to know Jesus can buy you, pay for your sin, redeem you, and be faithful to guide you all the way to home. Jesus said about that in John chapter 10, I give them eternal life. They will never perish and no one can snatch them out of my hands. [00:34:56] (31 seconds)  #BoughtByJesus Download clip

Listen. When we help somebody, we get this incredible privilege to do two things. First of all, we we demonstrate Christ's love in front of them. And so we live in a way to say, we wanna do this because because this is who Christ is. He loves people. He cares for people. He rescues people. He redeems people. And then we just hope that we get this opportunity to explain to them why we do what we do so we can talk about Jesus. [00:46:14] (29 seconds)  #ServeToShareJesus Download clip

The mistakes you made aren't the mistakes I've made. We we but this but the path is the same. It's always about Jesus. And so you sing a song like no one else because you are so unique. While you're saved by the blood of Jesus and I'm saved by the blood of Jesus, What it means for you and the path it guides you on is not the same as me. So our songs are just a little different [00:51:53] (27 seconds)  #UniqueSongSameSavior Download clip

because only we can talk about what God has done. And on that day, we'll sit in heaven. We'll sit with all the saints of all the ages, and we'll begin to sing our song or tell our story about what God has done. And you're gonna tell your story about all the places he's taken you through, and the victories he's brought, and the hardships that you've endured, but the peace and guidance he gave. And I'm gonna tell my story, and Moses is gonna tell his story, and David's gonna tell his story, and Peter's gonna tell his story, and Timothy's gonna tell his story, and missionaries are gonna tell their stories, and old preachers are gonna tell their stories, and car mechanics, and lawyers, and teachers, and doctors, and and clerks, and and all kinds of people are gonna tell their story. All the same, we're saved by the blood of Jesus, yet all unique because Jesus knows you as an individual. [00:52:20] (55 seconds)  #SavedAndUniquelyTold Download clip

That you and I would the Bible says we were dead in our trespasses and sins. We we we know what we've done wrong. We we we know the things that are there. They whether they're physical external, whether they're internal and moral, we know we're not blameless. But because of what Christ has done, he paid the price on the cross for our sin with his shed blood, and he literally bought us. He bought us back. That's why we talk about redemption. It's saying Jesus paid a price for my sin. [00:32:42] (37 seconds)  #RedeemedPaidInFull Download clip
