The love of God extends to every person, making each one a valued son or daughter. This divine recognition calls us to see the image of Christ in everyone we meet. It challenges every attitude of superiority and dismantles the walls of prejudice that divide. We are invited into a family where every member is equally cherished and respected. Embracing this truth transforms how we view and treat one another. [42:49]
“There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is no male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.” (Galatians 3:28, ESV)
Reflection: Consider a relationship or group where you have harbored a sense of superiority or judgment. How might choosing to see that person as a fellow, equally-loved child of God change your interactions with them this week?
We are not designed to carry our heaviest concerns alone. Our Father invites us to come to Him with every worry, every heartache, and every impossible situation. He understands every struggle and longs for us to offload our burdens onto His capable shoulders. In surrender, we find a peace that surpasses our understanding and the strength to walk forward with Him. [47:24]
“Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28, ESV)
Reflection: What specific burden have you been trying to manage on your own that you need to consciously and prayerfully surrender to God today?
Honor is a fundamental value of God’s kingdom, requiring us to highly value every person. It is the active decision to respect, esteem, and show preference to our brothers and sisters. This practice directly confronts and eliminates all forms of discrimination and disrespect. It creates a spiritual environment where unity can flourish and every person feels seen and safe. [20:28]
“Love one another with brotherly affection. Outdo one another in showing honor.” (Romans 12:10, ESV)
Reflection: Who in your church family is easy to overlook, and what is one practical way you can actively show them honor this week?
God establishes order not for control, but for our clarity, peace, and spiritual protection. His structure, with Christ as the head, provides alignment to His will and defines our roles within the body. This divine order safeguards us from chaos, independence, and deception. Trusting His design allows every part to work together effectively for a common purpose. [27:36]
“For God is not a God of confusion but of peace.” (1 Corinthians 14:33, ESV)
Reflection: In what area of your life is God inviting you to trust His order and structure over your own desire for independence?
When honor and order are present, unity is sustained and spiritual authority is unlocked. This harmony is not uniformity, but a beautiful alignment of diverse parts working together under one conductor. It transforms potential noise and chaos into a powerful testimony of God’s grace. This unity commands a blessing and creates a fertile ground for the Holy Spirit to move mightily. [43:33]
“Behold, how good and pleasant it is when brothers dwell in unity!... For there the LORD has commanded the blessing, life forevermore.” (Psalm 133:1, 3, ESV)
Reflection: What is one step you can take to promote greater unity and harmony within your sphere of influence?
The kingdom of God centers on recognizing Christ in every person and cutting out all forms of discrimination. Worship and simple, honest prayer invite the Father’s presence into daily life and create space to surrender burdens. Scripture provides patterns for healthy life together: Romans 12 calls for genuine love, mutual honor, humility, practical service, and peace; Colossians places Christ first so that structure and headship bring order. Honor values each person’s God-given worth and refuses comparisons that create rejection, isolation, and spiritual chaos. Order clarifies roles, aligns people to God’s will, produces peace, and protects the community from impulsive or destructive choices. Submission to appointed leaders functions not as domination but as a spiritual safeguard that channels guidance, guards against personal deception, and unlocks shared authority for mission. The biblical injunctions in Hebrews, Thessalonians, and Timothy demand respect for those who lead, especially where teaching and pastoral care carry long-term consequences for souls.
Practical illustrations sharpen the point: Jesus commanding the storm models the peace that follows aligned authority; the anointing of cloths and healing prayers demonstrate faith applied to sickness; testimonies show deliverance when spiritual order breaks generational chains. A healthy church resembles a symphony orchestra—many gifted individuals, one conductor, and the difference between noise and harmony depends on structure. When honor and order operate together, unity endures and supernatural power flows; when they fail, disunity and diminished spiritual fruit follow. The church receives a call to examine relationships, restore respect where it has eroded, and re-establish order in family and ministry contexts. The practices of honor, submission, and clear roles aim to produce safety, sustained blessing, and a culture where God’s voice can be heard and obeyed.
There are two things that are established when there is honor and order. Number one, unity is sustained. Honor preserves the unity of the body of Christ. Dishonor fractures teams, relationships, and ministries. Honor binds us together, creating fertile ground for the holy spirit to move. Alright. That's important. If you haven't got honor and you're trying to move in the spirit or you got disunity and people thinking more highly themselves than they ought, you're never gonna have a move of god that's gonna be sustained. Moves of god are gonna get ripped up by dishonor.

See, everyone says, oh, we've all got the blessing of God. Now we're two or three gathered together in Amor. There he is. Get out of here. I want a different form of blessing where God in heaven looks down upon Encounter Church Auckland and says that church has got respect, honor, They've dealt with discrimination. They've established good order, leadership, and so forth. Angels get down there and bless that church. That's the ordered blessing of God, and it's different from we being one being in agreement. I want the ordered blessing of God where he yells out of heaven, get down there, angels. Bless that church in a mighty way, and I receive it in Jesus' name.

One of the great moments in the life of Jesus was he was in a boat and a storm was brewing, and these experienced fishermen who were used to the storms on the sea, but they were terrified that they were gonna lose their lives, and Jesus was asleep. And they woke him up and he basically said to them, what's the matter with you? Why have you got no faith? And then he did the most amazing thing, he just faced the storm and he said, I command the storm to be still. And immediately it was stilled, and the people were taken instantly to their destination.

You would be absolutely amazed how many people have come and said, God has spoken to me to do blah blah blah blah, and I'm sitting there thinking you're an idiot. You're totally missing the will of God because they don't understand that all guidance all guidance comes under the principles of the kingdom of God. And when the principles of the kingdom of God are violated, you can tell me a thousand times over, God's spoken to you, and I know that you're deceived.

That's why you cannot tolerate in a church people talking about the pastor or the elders, if you had elders or the leaders or whatever, and criticizing them behind their back and speaking about them behind their back in a negative way. The that sort of behavior happens in the world outside the church. But it doesn't happen in the church. It mustn't happen in the church because we live by honor, respect. We esteem one another, and god puts people in order, and we recognize god's order.

Maybe in terms of discrimination, you got a boss, and you're all talking behind the boss's back and other people's and you start thinking, who does the boss think he is to tell me what to do? That's a form of discrimination. And, of course, the worst form of discrimination, I'm white. You're black. I'm superior to you. That is shocking. But, actually, it can go the other way. I'm black. You're white, and you should be out of here. It's just as bad.

That if each one of us just took a moment and just talk to our heavenly father and just imagine that he's just standing right in front of you right now, and he's saying, what do you wanna say to me, son or daughter? What do you wanna talk to me about? And just take a moment whether you're standing, sitting, lying down, whatever you're comfortable with. But as Warrick keeps playing, just talk to your dad, your father, your heavenly father about whatever issue it is.

You know, before we do anything else today, if you're here and you've never given your life to Jesus Christ, and you'd like to surrender to him, and give him the the controls of your life over to him, let him be your Lord and savior and ask him to forgive you of all sin. I just invite you to step out of your seat or wherever you are, and just come and stand in front of me.
