#SinDefeatedThroughChrist
“``It is true that Jesus has the authority to heal, but the real enemy is not sickness. It's not leprosy. It's not paralysis. It's not a fever. It is sin itself. And once for all, Jesus defeated sin for all who trust in him. Jesus put death to death through his very life and now freely offers eternal life with him by grace through faith forever.”

#HealingRootedInSalvation
“Jesus has authority to overcome all our suffering, but Jesus has the power to heal disease, disabilities, and demonic oppression because he has given his life to overcome the very reason for suffering, sickness, and oppression. At the heart of it, Jesus is taking on far more than suffering. What is the reason for suffering in this world? What is the root of all evil? And the answer is All human suffering can be traced back to sin, and Jesus is the one who has overcome the root of all evil and suffering because Jesus is the one who has conquered sin itself. Healing is great, but salvation from all the sin that causes suffering is even greater.”

#FaithOverFeelings
“And number three, against everything our culture is currently screaming, we make the deliberate choice that our faith in Jesus is more important than our feelings or our fears. We make the deliberate conscious choice that my faith in Jesus and your faith in Jesus has greater authority over me and over you than my feelings, your feelings, my fears, your fears because the world is selling a bill of goods that say your feelings matter most. They don't. Jesus matters most, And your feelings will lead you astray every single day. Jesus will never lead you astray. But we live in a culture that coddles hurt and pain and emotions and denies the authority of Christ as Lord. Emotions rule our culture, not Jesus. But he is actually the king and he deserves all the authority in our life.”

#TrustGodThroughWhatIfs
“So we remember the gospel together. And now listen, when we suffer, we don't suffer alone and we don't suffer apart from Christ. Instead, we make the choice to embrace suffering with and for him, and when we bring our disabilities and when we bring our inabilities, I can't do this, I'm not able to do this, then our what if scenarios, which are real and they can plague the human mind. What if? What if? If? What if? What if? Fear. Fear. Fear. Fear. Those what if declarations become even if even if even if even if if yet I will still trust in you. And what if gets turned on its head when you say I will trust God even with. I will trust him.”
