#FanTheFlame
“Look at me. You cannot please God if you are worshiping the idol of safety. Paul just said, the spirit God gave us does not make us timid. Or as the old translation said, said God did not give us a spirit of fear. And so I'm looking at you and I am telling you, fan the flame. That unique thing that God has called you to do that put in you, I don't know what it is. Maybe it's at work, maybe it's with your kids, maybe it's in your neighborhood, maybe it's here at church. I don't know what it is, but fan the flame.”

#GiftsIntoAction
“Not fear, not timidity, but power, love, and self discipline. So what that's saying is when you start fanning the flame, you're using your gifts, then God comes along. He's giving you power to actually do it. He's giving you love to love the people you're serving and self discipline to keep going when it's hard. And we need we just need this. The church in America writes right now, it needs thousands. Honestly, it needs hundreds of thousands of people to get off the bench of consumerism and start fanning the flame.”
