We rejoice because of who God is—His faithfulness, grace, love, patience, righteousness, and holiness. Unlike the fickle nature of humanity, God's character is steadfast and unchanging. We also find joy in the Father's love and care, knowing that He is a gracious and loving Father who is always with us, even when our earthly circumstances are challenging. [00:06:32]

Our joy should not be based on material or physical conditions, which can be fleeting and unreliable, but on the eternal truths of God's character and His promises. We rejoice because of who God is—His faithfulness, grace, love, patience, righteousness, and holiness. Unlike the fickle nature of humanity, God's character is steadfast and unchanging. [00:06:32]

We rejoice in the atonement through Jesus Christ, as it assures us of forgiveness and eternal life. Our names are written in the Lamb's Book of Life, and this assurance of salvation is a source of immense joy. Jesus' continued intercession for us is a constant reminder of His love and care, as He prays for our faith and understanding. [00:10:15]

We rejoice in our spiritual liberty, having been set free from the bondage of sin. Jesus' continued intercession for us is a constant reminder of His love and care, as He prays for our faith and understanding. The presence of the Holy Spirit in our lives is another reason to rejoice, as He guides, teaches, and empowers us. [00:11:22]

The Holy Spirit guides, teaches, and empowers us, providing comfort and assurance. His presence in our lives is a reason for joy, as He leads us into all truth and confirms our identity as God's children. We have unlimited access to the throne of grace, where we can find help in times of need. [00:14:40]

Our joy is also found in the fellowship of the saints, the spiritual blessings we receive, and the promise of future glory. We rejoice in the salvation of others and the hope of eternal life, where all suffering and trials will cease. As we navigate life's challenges, let us remember these reasons to rejoice and live as a testament to the joy that comes from knowing God. [00:34:17]

We rejoice in the atonement in the work that Jesus did for us as he died upon that cross of Calvary and paid the price for our sins. That's probably one of the greatest reasons for rejoicing. We rejoice because our sins are being forgiven, that our names have been written in the Lamb's Book of Life. [00:09:16]

We rejoice in Jesus' continued intercession. He ever lives to make intercession for us. Jesus is our intercessor; he is praying for us. He's praying for us even right now. The most wonderful thing is that the Lord Jesus is praying for us, and he's praying for us as the congregation, and he's praying for us individually. [00:12:14]

We rejoice because we have the Holy Spirit. We have the Holy Spirit as our counselor who guides us, who teaches us, who leads us into all truth, and who gives gifts to the church in various shapes and forms and who empowers his church and who reveals the Lord Jesus to us. [00:14:40]

We rejoice in unlimited access to the throne of grace. Come boldly to the throne of grace, Hebrew says. We don't need an appointment. If I want to see my doctor, I have to make an appointment. I can't just go there and say, "Here I am, see me," but God, the master of the universe, does not have an appointment book. [00:16:00]

We rejoice in answered prayers. He is not watching us from a distance, but he is involved in our lives, and he hears our prayers and answers our prayers. We're able to rejoice in the answered prayer, not because we got the thing that we asked for, but because it shows his care and his love and his faithfulness. [00:19:58]

We rejoice because of a promise of future glory. There is a day coming when our salvation will be complete, when our bodies will be changed in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye. There'll be no more pain and suffering, no more dying, no more sorrow and tears. We'll be glorified, and we will be like the Lord Jesus. [00:34:17]
