#SundayIsComing
“``But early, I said early, Sunday morning he got up. He got up with all power in his hands. And that's why I can stand here today and say, church, don't judge the journey by what it looks like right now. Friday looked like defeat, but Sunday was coming. The cross looked like the end, but resurrection was coming. The tomb looked like the destination, but God had another chapter.”

#SaturdayIsPartOfTheJourney
“But somebody in here needs to know that Friday wasn't the destination. It was part of the journey. And then came Saturday. Saturday was quiet. Saturday was dark. Saturday was uncertain. Saturday is the day when it looked like nothing was happening. But just because you can't see God working doesn't mean he ain't working. That's a word for somebody in this church right now because there are going to be some Saturdays in this next season.”

#GodHoldsYourNext
“The first point that I see in this text is that we may not know where we're going, but God knows where he's taking us. We know our pastor is leaving. And the difficult part of this transition is that we can see the journey changing before we can see the destination. This wasn't what we expected, and let's be real, it feels scary. The leadership structure may change. Ministry responsibilities may shift. There are questions about what comes next. And if we're being honest, we all wanna know the answers before we take the next step. But look at how Paul starts verse 28. He doesn't say, and we understand. He doesn't say, and we can explain. He says, and we know. There's a difference between knowing God's plan and knowing God's character. Because you may not know what's next, but you know who holds your next.”

#WeKnowTheGuide
“And if God could take the cross and bring resurrection out of it, then God could take this transition and work it together for your good. So, church, we may not know the destination, but we know the guide. And because we know the guide, we can keep moving. The journey may be uncertain, but God is faithful. The future may be unknown, but God is already there. And because he's faithful, we're going to trust him anyhow.”
