Jesus answered them most assuredly I say to you whoever commits sin is a slave of sin and a slave does not abide in the house forever but a son abides forever therefore if the son makes you free you shall be free indeed what a radical thing for Jesus to say. [00:07:30]

Jesus said to them if God were your father then you would love me for I proceeded forth and came from God nor have I come of myself but he sent me why do you not understand my speech because you are not able to listen to my words. [00:18:06]

Jesus said to them most assuredly I say to you before Abraham was I am friends that was a dramatic phrase because in words that were absolutely clear to a Jewish audience especially men who were experts at least superficially in God's word he understood that Jesus spoke to them. [00:30:40]

Jesus answered if I honor myself my honor is nothing it is my father who honors me of whom you say that he is your god yet you've not known them but I know him and if I say I do not know him then I shall be a liar like you but I do know him and keep his word. [00:28:58]

Jesus was on the Temple Mount and it was at the end of the Feast of Tabernacles and as Jesus spoke to the crowds on the Temple Mount at the very end of the Feast of Tabernacle he identified himself with some of the features or the aspects of that Feast. [00:01:34]

Jesus answered I don't have a demon but I honor my father and you dishonor me and I don't not seek my own Glory there is one who seeks and judges those enemies of Jesus were so frustrated and exasperated that they've resorted to now and you see this all the time in the world today. [00:25:31]

Jesus said to them now we know that you have a demon Abraham is dead and the prophets and you say if anyone keeps my word he shall never taste death are you greater than our Father Abraham who is dead and the prophets who are dead who do you make yourself out to be. [00:27:05]

Jesus said to them most assuredly I say to you if anyone keeps my word he shall never see death can you imagine a mere man saying that you you'd laugh him off the platform but Jesus says no if you abide if you keep my word you'll never see death. [00:26:34]
