45s
“``Today is not just ordinary. God is trying to cross paths with you right now. If I didn't believe that, I would be a fool to stand up here and say that. He's trying to get your attention right now. You're looking for something supernatural. He's trying to come to you in the ordinary, which is where you live your life at. None of us live in the supernatural. We live in the ordinary. It's when we're raising kids in a marriage, going to work, going to church, that God wants to intersect with your life and speak to you about who you are, what he has for you, and what he wants to do for you. If you think of all the most spiritual times you've ever had in your life, I bet that you came out of ordinary times.”
41s
“When we're in our room back here praying, we're praying for you, but we're praying that the Holy Spirit will intersect your life. Because if you don't leave here with something that God touches in your life, all you did was come to church. And can I just say this to you? I love church. I've given my whole life for the church, but church without Jesus is boring. my goodness. It just goes on and on and on. Same thing we're doing all the time. Someone told me recently, a believer, the church has done a disservice to people because it's the same thing over and over all the time. It is unless Jesus enters it. And if Jesus enters it, it changes everything.”

“here's the problem. No matter how old you are, here's the problem. We're in this world, and it's so easy to see with these eyes and with these ears that even when we read the Bible or somebody teaches us, if we're not perceiving that God is trying to do something, if we're not if we can't see it with spiritual eyes and hear it with spiritual ears and our heart is not open, the word just it's like it bounces off of our face. A word that can change your life unless you perceive it bounces off of your face, and it just sits here on the floor. But somebody else who has ears to hear it, hears it, and it's like revelation to them suddenly. You ever experienced that?”
66s
“Suddenly, like everything was going ordinary and suddenly, their eyes were open. Suddenly, eyes were open and they recognize him, And as soon as they go, it's Jesus, he disappears. Now that part I don't know about. I guess he was appearing to other people. Pastor, what are trying to say to us? I'm trying to say even the disciples without their spiritual eyes open don't recognize Jesus. And son here Jesus is this close with them. And then here's what they recount. He's opening the scriptures to them while they're walking on this road, and this is what they didn't our hearts burn within us while he was talking about the scripture? I mean, wasn't there evidence that it was Jesus and we just couldn't see him and suddenly we saw him. It's the same thing right now. Unless the Lord opens your eyes, you just hear a message.”
