#RedeemedInChrist
“The work of redemption that's necessary for your relationship to with God to be made whole, for you to be reconciled into him, it's already been done. It's the reason why Christ came. And if this morning you'll transfer all of your hope and your trust and put it into Christ who is the light of the world, you'll leave the dominion of darkness and enter into his life. There's no reason to be ashamed any longer of that for which Christ has already atoned. Just go to him and humbly admit that you're a sinner and how deeply you need to be saved. And today you can walk in the light of life.”

#CalledToTheLight
“Maybe for the first time in your life, you know the spirit of God is at work in your life and he is calling you to turn to the light. Stop turning away from it, You don't have to worry, will it disorient you? It will give you life. It is safe. It exposes sin, you have to deal with your sin, but here's the joy of it all. It's the reason for which Christ came. That sin in your life of which you are so ashamed is the very sin that Christ went to a cross and he suffered and bled and died.”

#SafeLightOfChrist
“Christ's divine light exposes our sin, and after we see it, we have to face it. But though we prefer the darkness, we can't ignore it and here is the beauty of the light of Christ. I learned this from JD Greer this week. When I read this, it's just too good for me not to pass along to you because when you stand completely exposed with the light of Christ illuminating all the parts of your life, even the parts you don't want anyone to see, especially the Lord, you have nothing to fear because his light is also safe.”

#PreferDarkness
“The reason that happens is because when I'm running at night, I let my eyes get used to the surroundings of the darkness. And even if I have a flashlight with me, I've learned that I prefer the darkness. That is what happens with humanity. We prefer to live in the darkness. We're scared to look into the light because when we look into the light, it has an effect on us. There's something in us that wants to look away from it. This is our human condition.”
