#SetApartForPurpose
“``Are we sanctified for a purpose? Is this just about being clean so we can be prideful? No. So we can be useful. We are set apart by the Lord for his purposes, not my own, That's the problem. My will is the thing I've got to lay down. I mean, wanna get down to the root of all this? It's all about me and not all about he. And so my continued being sanctified is making my life all about he and less about me.”

#SanctifiedCompletely
“So the blood of Jesus that frees us from the penalty of sin doesn't give us a license to sin, but it gives us hope, freedom from sin, and sin's power, not just its penalty. I love this verse. First Thessalonians five twenty three, may the God of peace himself sanctify you completely. And it goes on, spirit, soul, and body. Every part of us is being cleansed. And for some of us, it's a unique cleansing. For me, I grew up without TV. And so novels became my escape. And it wasn't long after marriage. I think I was reading a Sydney Sheldon novel. The Lord let me finish it and he said, this is the last novel you're going to read. And I stopped reading novels.”

#ConsecrateYourLife
“consecrate yourselves the second time this name is used. Therefore, and be holy for I am the Lord your God and you shall keep my statute and perform them. I am Jehovah or Yahweh Mikaresh. The word means to be or to pronounce or observe as clean. To be clean, morally or ceremonially. So the video from the Bible Project explains ceremonial cleanliness, necessary to be ceremonially clean before you could approach the presence of God. Now because of Jesus, we've been made clean, period. It also means to appoint, to bid, to consecrate, to devote, to dedicate, to defile or hallow. How is the word defile in the middle of that? If you're dedicated to the wrong thing, you're defiled. So it's who you're dedicated to.”

#HolinessEveryday
“In Hebrews twelve fourteen, the writer of Hebrews says, make every effort to live in peace with everyone. You can't do this without forgiving. And to be holy. Without holiness, no one will see the Lord. If we're unholy people, no one's gonna see the Lord in our life, and we're gonna be hindered from experiencing the Lord in our life. God, we need your help. Come set us free. Amen? And first Peter one fifteen through 16, again, the context with these verses really amplifies the message of these verses. But now you must be holy, that is set apart in everything you do. It's not just the Sunday morning thing where you dress up to be holy. It's seven days a week, twenty four seven.”

#SetApartForService
“The word sanctify means to set apart. Does anybody have special dishes at home for special occasions? And we're all paper plate people. you can be paper plate people, but still have special dishes that maybe you inherited or you invested in for special occasions. So those have been sanctified. You know, somebody's mowing your yard, you don't give them your China cup to have a glass of water. Right? Set apart for a purpose.”

#SexIsAGift
“Sex is a gift from God like fire is a gift from God. In its proper place, it brings great blessing. Out of place, it brings chaos and destruction and can lead to murder and disease and untimely deaths and broken hearts and broken covenants and all sorts of other things. Today is American Family Day and International Forgiveness Day. How many thankful for forgiveness?”

#LiveSanctified
“Restrict dietary laws and science has proved that kosher diet is good for you. It's healthy. So our message is on Jehovah Mikadish or the Lord who sanctifies What does this have to do with us? Can the Lord sanctify us today? Does he do it? Are we called to be sanctified today? Yes. We are. We are called to be. The New Testament has numerous instructions and promises. One is in first Thessalonians four three, and you can read the context around. It's beautiful. For it is God's will that you should be sanctified, that you should avoid sexual immorality, and that covers it all. The word pornos, fornication, covers all sorts of sexual deviation, which is sexual activity outside covenant relationship between a husband and his wife, a wife and her husband. That's where God gave it.”

#UnityForWitness
“So after Jesus prayed that prayer that we would be sanctified by the truth, his next words in that same prayer, he says, I do not ask for these only, but also for those who will believe in me through their word. Who's part of those? People believe their word, and people believe their word, people believe their word, and here we are generations past. Welcome to generations church. And here's his prayer, that they may be one just as you father are in me and I in you, that they also may be in us so that the world may believe that you sent me. The worlds believe in our witness depends on our witness. And our witness relates to our oneness. If you want the world to be one, we must be one. Get it?”
